Of the 4 dermatologist I can remember going to over the years, Dr Mark Ray is the best, and in a class above all others. I needed to see a dermatologist fast. I called the doctors on the list my doctor gave me. Dr. Ray was the only one who could see me today. I was very impressed with the office personnel and Dr. Ray took time with me explained everything to me. Yes, he is in Little Elm and I live in Sachse, worth the drive. It took me 33 minutes. My hopes were high for this office. It is close to where I live and the doctor seemed reputable and knowledgeable from the reviews that have been left. I called to make an appointment and ask pricing questions and the lady that answered the phone was rude from the beginning. She stated they could not give me pricing information for a simple office visit exam even if I gave them my insurance information. I’m not sure why every doctor I’ve ever been to in the past can but this one can’t? In fact the office I called right after did it in 3 minutes. It came across as laziness. She sat and argued with me, cut me off, and talked over me the whole conversation. As a patient I want to be able to ask questions without feeling like it’s a problem. If this is the face of this practice than I don’t mind driving 5 minutes further to another office that is more respectful and professional to their potential patients. Beautiful office, friendly staff, and made check in easy. Dr. Mark Ray was wonderful made me feel comfortable educated me on my conditions provided the care I was looking for and I left question free. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough good things about Dr.Ray. I am not sure how many years I have been his patient but I think it has been 25 years or more. I was so excited to hear today that he had NOT retired like I had been told. In fact, he is seeing patients in Little Elm which is where I live!! I contacted his office today to make an appointment so hopefully I will see him soon. What I love about Dr Ray is that he takes a look at a spot you are concerned about and he knows immediately what it is and most times it is nothing to worry about .See you soon Dr. Ray. So happy to learn Dr Ray has NOT retired as I was told. Been a patient for over 16 years. I have no problem driving to Little Elm!

Do I now get to call myself a "cancer survivor" after removal of the underlying part of a 2mm shiny bump of a basal cell carcinoma? Probably not. Anyway, Dr. Mark Ray, who has been my dermatologist for over a quarter century, is no pimple popper a la Seinfeld's calling his date one, until someone came up and thanked her for saving his life by removing his skin cancer. The biggest pain I felt in 30 minutes was when he took off the tape that covered my lower chin.

Dr. Ray has been my dermatologist for more than 10 years. I have never had any problems with him or his services. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. All skin surgeries or other care have been performed with the greatest of skill.

Great staff doctors awesome I would differently recommend 5 stars

I have never felt so at ease when visiting a new doctor for the first time. So I would thoroughly recommend Dr Ray not only for the ease I felt but more importantly because he is an extremely dedicated and highly experienced Dermatologist.

I have been a patient of Dr.Ray's for over 25 years. Would not go to anyone else. I'm one who is on a 6 month visit rotation. He is like having a personal friend who happens to be in Dermatology. Ron Bean

Dr Ray is amazing. I had dark spots in my face and his treatment had cleared them up. He definitely knows what he is doing??

Very good check up. Come in twice a year to be checked for problems caused by sun. Always explains the details.
