My first visit went well I had a nurse practitioner who’s last name is Bosen ( I dont know her first name) she seemed to be very understanding about my anxious and frantic behavior as I have anxiety and tend to be on edge when in places such as hospitals or generally being around new people. until I recently left a visit with her and she seemed disinterested in my visit and dismissed things I had questions about with short non descriptive answers. As I am not familiar with making appointments on my own as well as the layout of the building I couldn't find certain things in the building or know certain names of staff to talk to about scheduling for future appointments as i usually do it via phone, she seemed frustrated and belted a frustrated “oh my goodness” out loud because I couldn't seem to find my way I don’t know if she was simply having a bad day or whatever the case may be I just know it left me feeling very upset and embarrassed. I wished the staff well and left
