"Doctor" Smith missed my husbands prostate cancer and even mocked him for being there. He did a blind biopsy which isn't pleasant, and came up with nothing. Should of had an MRI first. What the H? Dr. mokulus found high grade aggressive cancer. Smith wasted our precious time. Don't see him, doesn't care!!!

Dealing with dehydration from gastro problems and unable to be seen by PCP and feared a return trip to the ER, I looked into the Teledoc option. I was contacted rather quickly by Dr. Smith, and though I had a complex issue he put me at ease and gave me good information which I acted on and alleviated another hospital visit. Thank you so much, you're wonderful!

I have a very interesting story regarding Dr. Smith. I live in New York, and because of an on going world wide pandemic, i cannot get into see my general doctor. I came down with an ear ache and in a desperate attempt to get some medical attention I was able to see Dr. Smith via Telemedicine. He was fantastic and he was absolutely accurate on what my issue was and how to treat it. He helped me at 1:00am EST time and his personality was one of the best things about him. Dr. Smith I don't know if you you will ever see this but I want to send A LONG DISTANCE thank you from New York to Alaska. You're a great man. Very Truly Yours Paul

I am a long time patient of Dr Smith and I do love him and his professionalism and he’s always helped me; however I made an appointment a month ago or so, I received a call from his office staff rudely telling me we had to cancel he scheduled surgery for that day during my appointment. I asked when can we reschedule and was told 4 weeks out. I made a switch to him from a doctor in Bham who specialized in my condition and to whom can get me in by Monday next week. I am very upset with the staff and how they have little to no care for long term patients at this clinic. As we all try to keep business moving in Florence I’ll now drive 2.5 hours to have someone care for my time and condition. dr smith is a horrid horrid person I was unfortunate enough to have him as the dr in the ER when I went in Sitka, Ak. He was impolite and a total jerk how he got his license to practice medicine in any state is beyond me. I can see why he is in alaska
