My wife and I went in for a teeth cleaning using our Humana insurance. We ard visting from out of state and we were due fir a 6 month exam and clean. Office was clean, organised, front desk receptionist and DDS very friendly. But the doctor likes to talk too much and barely looked at our teeth. His cleani g was hit and miss and I still had food trapped between my teeth I could feel. I doubt he spent more rhan 10-15 minures actually working in my mouth. Now we feel like we need to find another dentist and pay out of pocket or wait 3 months until we get back home My wife and I went in for a teeth cleaning using our Humana insurance. I’ve been going to dr Mark for over 30 years! He’s good natured & tries so hard to keep you calm. I’ve always had a fear of dentists since I was a little girl due to horrible experiences! He does make the visits easier & Donna is the best!!
