Dr is fantastic. One of the best. STAFF IS PATHETIC. They lose paperwork, make stupid mistakes, and treat you rudely. Fighting for a week with them now to have ONE PAPER faxed to Griffin Eye. First time they didn't do it was because they claimed they "didn't know where my husband's chart was." SAD! PATHETIC. DISGUSTING. He needs this procedure and they are holding us up over a FAX??? Seriously???
