I’m a student with a schedule that only permits late appointments. Gateway’s staff always do an exceptional job of finding me a time slot to get me in a chair. I am most impressed at the fact that I did something dump and chipped a tooth and filling. Dr. Brown repaired and treated my tooth and didn’t charge me. First time in my 62 years that I got warranty work from a Dentist ??

Felt no pain! Quick in and out!

He is very thorough, patient and informative! I am having a major issue with Tennitus due to some underlying health issues causing it. I could not have had a better experience with my Hygienist, Erica and Dr. Brown. They knew exactly what to do and handled my situation cautiously. Also, Receptionist Bailey and Assistant Brenda were wonderful!

Very informative, and knowledgeable, have me all the ins and outs of each procedure, and explained it to me in detail and in a way that I could digest. I would give ten stars if they were available.

Had my first dentist appointment in a few years after having babies and moving to a new area. I went to Gateway Dental & Implant Center based on reviews. I was impressed! I didn't have any new cavities (which I assumed I did) and the dentist explained everything to me without poking and prodding ( super sensitive teeth here??) . The new xray system is phenomenal. No having large squares placed in uncomfortable positions. And the best part is that Mr. Brown and his assistant were so personable. It's rare to find a doctor or dentist that really seem to care and that team is one of them. Really enjoying this Winder community. Thanks ya'll!

The hygienist told me to take my earrings off before the X-rays. I laid my large silver hoops on a paper towel . She took the X-rays and then threw my earrings in the trash as I watched her. I called her on it and got my earrings back. Then the Dds checked my teeth before the hygienist cleaned them. Im accustomed to that being done afterwards. I did not feel like my teeth were cleaned thoroughly. This was my first and last visit with this dental office.

Dr Brown and his staff are the best I have ever encountered! I needed a crown put on and a filling. Dr Brown is very professional and so kind!! I instantly felt at ease meeting him! He was very gentle with me and I felt no pain at all!! I highly recommend going to see him and his staff! The office was extremely clean and the pricing was very reasonable!! Dr Brown is a great dentist! Outstanding service now, over 6 visits. Katelyn is probably the best dental assistant I’ve ever witnessed, she takes so much pride in her job. Katelyn is a once in a lifetime employee. Dr Brown is very lucky to have someone like her. He is also extremely talented, I recommend Gateway dental to anybody that enjoys good customer service.

Great doc with reassuring with a very reassuring manner

My visits have all been great. I had been scared to go to the dentist for years, I never felt comfortable enough to stick around. Fast forward I looked at a few reviews and came to Gateway Dental & Implants and Dr.Brown is 100% the best dentist. Him as well as his staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr.Brown his very gentle, listens to what you need and want. His prices are very reasonable. I came to him in concerned with my teeth and smile before my wedding. He is amazing. Don't think about going to him, JUST GO. You will not regret it.

Dr Brown and his staff are top-notch. They are all so friendly, attentive and go above and beyond making you comfortable. I’ve gotten a partial plate and full upper denture from Dr Brown and they look just like my natural teeth. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.
