Part of an old filling came out so they scheduled me right away so I wouldn’t have more problems. They are very careful with Covid precautions and I didn’t have any concerns. The dental procedure itself was quite painless ( what a relief because I don’t like to have any dental work done.) I got in right on time and it took less time than estimated. I would highly recommend them.

As is always the case, everyone in the McCann-Carpenter dental office was professional, courteous, and they did an amazing job of making me feel safe. Everyone, including patients, wore a mask (as instructed), answered questions about his/her health, and used hand sanitizer that was located close to the front door as well as by the receptionist's area. Additionally, my temperature was taken upon my arrival, and a special mouth rinse was given to me at the beginning of my exam. Each person working there, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist, wore masks. I was told that after each patient left, the room and equipment were cleaned and sanitized. Extra furniture or equipment was taken from the reception office and the examination rooms. I could tell everyone had been thoroughly trained in dealing with the pandemic which was so reassuring. The actual examination went well. My teeth were cleaned, I was checked for cavities, and given a fluoride treatment as I requested. I give exemplary marks for their thoroughness, gentleness, and courtesy.

I am always greeted in a friendly, personal way and there is very little, if any, waiting as it relates to the scheduled appointment time. Marse and staff offer professional suggestions and opinions as to why some dental problem occurred and steps to take going forward.They are thorough and exacting in their work. Much different (more pleasurable) going for a dental visit in 2019 as compared to the 1960s-1970s.

Staff was unkind, not polite, showed no remorse or any concern for Abscess tooth. Took x-rays very painful then was told could not be of any help to extract the tooth or any service. After a 51 mile drive would not recommend to anybody because of my insurance and being a single parent.

I am continually impressed with everyone who works at the McCann-Carpenter Dental Clinic. The do an outstanding job and are unfailingly concerned that the patient is comfortable. The entire staff is made up of friendly and capable professionals who offer praise, encouragement, and advice (when necessary) in regards to your brushing, flossing, and dental habits. Dr. McCann-Carpenter goes out of her way to fit you into her schedule if you are suffering from a toothache or some other dental issue. I wasn't sure why that two x-rays we're taken? I was asked when I sat down in the chair which tooth was hurting . I pointed out which one with my finger and said top left eye tooth. Then had to be x-rayed again?
