She is extremely intelligent and a fabulous therapist. I felt heard and accepted unconditionally. She specializes in EMDR therapy which targets PTSD and my symptoms have decreased significantly. In addition, she provided me with relaxation tools that truly decreased my struggles with generalized anxiety. Highly recommended!!!!

Martha is warm, kind, and has a great sense of humor! She really helped me with my PTSD. She does that EMDR eye thing that helps you relax. She also knows a lot of practical, helpful things to help you deal with daily life. I always left her office feeling better.
