First off his whole name is Dr. Marvin Wayne Couch and practices under one or the other or a combination. He left his entire practice in Rawlins Wyoming called Urgent care- He told no one, not his staff, not his patients. I finally received part of my photo copied medical records and after examination let's just say. I'd never trust him with my care again.

I had a 1/2 hour appt that he agreed to. After 10 minutes he told appt was over he had other patients to see. The next day I brought my Mom in and mentioned about my 1/2 appt and found that the 10 minute time was inappropriate. He told me if I didn't like the way he did things I could fire him and was very rude. So I fired him.

Hard to get records after the appointments. Billing is not done in a timely fashion. Dr and office manager bad at calling back and staff can't do anything without their approval.
