I've been bringing my mother here for years never a problem with her Dr. Kasem or the staff always professional in their work ethics & very happy that her Dr. Mary Kasem answers any questions that you need to ask her or her staff very prompt.

I had an excellent annual physical today; Dr. Kasem and her staff were all friendly and attentive and took their time. A great office.

My PCP shares an office with Dr. Kasem. My Dr wasn't in but I thought I needed antibiotics for an infection so I had to see her. I'm so glad I did. Her residents were first to come in, introduce themselves and start checking my infection. Very nice, caring gentlemen. They talked to me about what they thought it was and it could be serious. Next, Dr. Kasem came in and asked the residents about my diagnosis. She was very blunt and to the point. She repeated what they did and they all agreed I needed an emergency surgical procedure done to drain the infection. Dr. Kasem made sure I stayed in the office while her staff called multiple ENT Dr offices to get me in STAT. She said it was too serious for me to let it go so if they couldn't find an ENT I would need to go to ER. Fortunately, they got me in to see the ENT within an hour! Later that night I received a phone call from Dr. Kasem checking in on me to see how I was feeling and how the procedure went! Lovely, Dr. Highly recommend!

Takes her time. Thorough, makes referrals when necessary, great bedside manner. Caring. Makes sure to convey information to family when necessary.

Called this morning to see if they could send in my prescription because I misplaced the paper one that they had given me she told me she would give me a call back to let me know. I even asked her if I could just go in and get another one still they told me they would call me back I called after lunch they told me to wait called at 2 they told me to wait that they will make sure I recieved a call before the end of the day called a 3 and still no answer I ended up calling at 455 no answer for them so now I have to go to urgent care to get that prescription because I'm hurting really bad! I cant believe they couldn't even give a call back for a simple request that shows how much they really care about the PATIENTS well being because I did express in how much pain I was. The doctor is well experienced and courteous but she got the worst staff. Front office (Hannalieu, Joanna)staff holds you on phone for way longer than needed sometimes more than 30 mins. The provider assistant staff never gets back to you. On repeated message requests they will call you back in an aggressive tone as if they are doing some favor on us. This feedback is for the doctor. If at all you get a chance to read this, please pay attention towards your staff and hire someone who are compassionate towards the patients. Patients doesn't reach out to the doctors for fun, they will call only if they are in need. The doctor is well experienced and courteous but she got the worst staff. Every time I have had reason to visit this Doctors office It has been an excellent experience. She listens, asks questions and allows all the time needed with out seeming to hurry get me out and another patient in. That is important to me. She will refer to specialists when the situation is called for and oder tests when called for but she does not do that lightly. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone.

I would not recommend Dr. Kasem to anyone. She has made several mis-diagnoses with my elderly parents, like prescribing a medicine that insurance companies do not cover because it is not recommended for the elderly!

Dr. Kasem is a good doctor, however wait times are extremely long. I would consider finding a different doctor. Indeed, doctors do run behind, however the wait time between the lobby and the room is normally between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. This has happened more than once. I would not recommend Doctor Kasem.
