Mary S Robertson

DR.Mary Robertson was the doctor at St. Andrews Nursing home in Batesville. She was pressuring me to make my mom dnr. Not going into details but don't trust her or Dr. Lotts(ER doctor)

Dr Robertson is thourough in her review, clear on her explanation, clearly thinks about and researches your needs even when you are not in the office. Is current on medical thinking.

She listens, is thorough in understanding and then pursuing treatment. It is clear she spends time thinking about your needs even when your not in the office.

If this is the same Mary Robertson who practiced in LaGrange , Il., McNeal Hospital in Berwyn, etc a few years back, well, I would not recommend her. I found her clinical, diagnostic and interpersonal skills lacking.

If this is the Dr.Mary Robertson who practiced in LaGrange,Il., McNeal Hospital in Berwyn, etc. years ago - well, that dog don't hunt!! (Poor clinical/diagnostic and interpersonal skills)

She does not listen to my needs. I was a new patient

Dr. Mary Robertson is a fantastic and thorough doctor. I appreciate the interest and care she has taken in me as a new patient.

Very caring and personal. My husband and I love her.

Dr Mary does not take the time to address patient concerns. On more than one occasion she has walked out of the room while I was in mid-sentence. She and her staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. They do not take responsibility for their own mistakes in regard to billing/insurance. Find another doctor, it is NOT worth the long wait times and lack of care and consideration you will get form Mary.
