Great Doctors and nurses!! They take very good care of you and answer all of your questions. Enjoyed my visit very much.

Referral was appropriate - Infectious Disease knew what it was and gave me assurance of its condition

Dr. Santiago is very good BUT THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT WORK WELL! I have been trying to solve a payment that does not correspond to a mistake for 3 months AND THEY DID NOT SOLUTE IT SO I WILL HAVE TO CHANGE MY DOCTOR EVEN THOUGH DR. SANTIAGO IS VERY GOOD. PLEASE CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.  I AM TIRED AND BORED OF THIS BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TO DO YOUR WORK,

I am satisfied with Dr. Santiago, she’s friendly and seems kind, but sometimes i feel she rushes out and gives me no time to explain everything (health;issues)after not seeing her for 6 months.

Dr. Santiago was so caring and provided and complete plan for my health issues.

They are like talking with family about an issue. The is doctor not real quick to just hand out a prescription, but works with you on getting to root cause.

My only complaint is that a prescription request was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy but pharmacy never received it. This happened on a Friday and I was not able to start my new medication as directed by my doctor. This was not the first time this has happened. She is always so cheerful that you forget the pain or the worries. Very attentive, remembers your pain points and very clear about the treatments and actions. Glad she is our PCP

The front office staff were very nice and efficient. The doctor was very thorough.

I have been going to Fulshear Family Medicine for over a year. Every staff member has been extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Santiago is wonderful and is very thorough during your visit with her.

I have called a few times for me and my family members to try make an appointments, when genuinely sick and they always refused, saying that they full for the day etc. For 4 months been assigned to this clinic ( military retirees ) we never got the chance to meet our PCM. Disappointing experience…Obviously, we changed the provider.

Dr.Santiago has a cheerful demeanor and an overall willingness to help! She listens throughly to any concerns I may have and addresses them. As far as Fulshear Family Medicine as a whole, it is run like a well oiled machine. There is rarely a wait and each person who works there greets you with a smile and that is rare to find. I have not had to wait longer than 10mins to see Dr.Santiago and that is unheard of at most doctors offices. Thank you to Dr.Santiago and the Fulshear Family Med team for the continued great service! Dr. Santiago is absolutely amazing!! She’s caring, soft-spoken, efficient and detailed — no wonder why she’s always booked!

Really like Santiago very kind and detailed. She took care in listening to what I had to say and was up front with me about the cost of test, labs etc...She seems so genuine with with my concerns. Looking forward in Mary Santiago being my primary care physician.

Very nice & personable. Answered questioned, explained what was needed, being done & explained procedure, etc.

She is very patient and listened to the concerns. Ordered the test what she thought were required and also referred to the specialist! Polite and gave time to me!

Friendly staff. Dr. Santiago took the time I needed to understand my condition. She did not try to rush thru the exam.

Dr. Santiago was warm and friendly. She listened to my concerns and suggested referrals. My only criticism was that there was a long wait. My appointment was at 10:30 and I didn't leave the office until almost 12:30!
