We love Dr. Benz- both of my children see him. My son is 3yrs. old & my daughter is 5yrs. old and have both been seeing him since they were born - he's been our one & only pediatrician! He's caring, does his due diligence to ensure he's covering all of your concerns and checking for everything necessary and doesn't rush you. Best pediatrician. He is very patient will all of our concerns and explains it very well to us.

Great - he always takes time to listen to the patient, and he explains everything that is going on.

Dr. Benz is compassionate and thorough. Puts parents and infant at ease and you never feel rushed. Supportive of breastfeeding.

Had a travel Visit Appointment Today. I called the office stating I will be late by 10 minutes. She acknowledged however when I went to the front desk after 15 minutes wait told me that doctor has to leave and need to reschedule appointment which was available on January 28 on which I was travelling. Hence, I need to cancel appointment. This was the very first appointment with the doctor which I was really hoping to meet him. Very Frustrating and unpleasant customer service by front office. Dr. Benz is an absolute rock star. He takes his time with the kids, talks to them like they're real people instead of just to mom or dad, and is clearly invested in their overall well-being. He also takes the time to get to know parents and is very reassuring and reinforcing of our efforts. He's also neither an alarmist or someone who doesn't take things seriously. Dr. Benz is amazing. He is very compassionate and gentle ...always takes parents seriously and explains things thoroughly. He is a wonderful pediatrician, we are super happy with his care of our son!

We love Dr Benz. He is patient with all of my questions, gentle and kind with our son, and we feel he is very thorough. I feel very confident having him as our son's pediatrician.

Dr. Benz is the most amazing pediatrician we could have chosen for our son. We are first time parents and of course, nervous wrecks about everything. Dr. Benz has been nothing but kind, compassionate and helpful since our first visit with him. He listens, gives advice and truly cares about his patients and their parents. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. We are so blessed to have our son in his care. His nurses and office staff are also spectacular!!!! Everyone is so helpful and kind!!
