Dr. Matthew Allan Flick

In 2008 a friend told me about Dr. Flick and his outstanding ability to gently bring about subtle energy shifts for healing and body balance. Since I had experienced back issues since 1975, I was intrigued, and decided to see for myself. On the first visit, I was impressed with Dr. Flick’s caring manner of explaining his procedures, and his listening to and responding to my questions. After just a few sessions, I recognized that my body was indeed responding very well to his methods. I was elated to have found a practitioner with such a holistic approach. It’s been 15 years, and Dr. Flick is still my go-to guy for maintaining good health. I have rarely experienced back pain in the last decade, but I go to him for regular maintenance visits, which help relieve any stress or imbalance in my body. I can’t say enough about how much I value his healing gifts!

Dr. Flick recently tested positive for COVID 19 Before testing positive he had treated patients without himself being vaccinated for COVID 19, without wearing a mask, and without advising that he was not vaccinated.

I've been receiving Tonal Chiropractic for 15 years and thought I knew excellent care but Dr. Flick is next level! I live out of state but always make Dr. Flick my first stop when I am in town. His office is very clean, spacious and COVID safe and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. He has helped me through some of the most stressful periods of my life when both of my parents passed away and I will always be grateful for his care. I had had poor experiences with chiropractors in the past, so was very skeptical of trying "tonal" chiropractic. Yet, driven by constant pain and daily migraines caused by herniated discs in my neck, I decided to see Dr. Flick. He has an easy going, pleasant manner and quickly establishes rapport and trust. The treatments are unusually brief and gentle. Mild pressure up and down the spine and neck is applied. I experienced a loosening and relaxing of tight muscles very gradually and gently. I have only been seeing Dr. Flick for two weeks and quite frankly am shocked by my progress. I have had migraines daily for 4 months and have not been able to turn my neck. My MD had prescribed multiple pain pills and muscle relaxers but nothing has helped. This is not a treatment course where you will feel rough painful abrupt adjustments or manipulations. Rather with continued mild treatments, I realized that I was feeling better. I haven't had a migraine in 4 days...after 4 months of intense pain, that is extraordinary! I have also gained mobility in my neck! I am so happy to have found Dr. Flick and his specialized treatment. I am encouraged that I will continue to get better with this care. Excellent service and experience, period. I am definitely looking forward to coming back in the future for additional sessions. After a few intensive weeks I no longer experience any symptoms of depression, much lower baseline for stress and anxiety as well. I went to Dr Flick when I felt stressed. After 3 visits I felt calm and confident. Aside that he is a great person, he really know what he is doing. I highly recommend him to anyone who want to feel calm, peaceful and confident to be able to go attack his/her goals in life and also feel peaceful. I started seeing Dr. Flick a little over a year ago, as I was struggling quite a bit with the physical manifestations of chronic high stress - severe back and neck pain, very tight muscles, headaches, etc. After seeing a few different doctors who were unable to help me, I was referred to Dr. Flick. I responded very quickly to the treatments, and after just a couple appointments, my level of discomfort had clearly lessened. I wish I could give Dr. Flick more than 5 stars! I have been to about 8 different Chiropractors and not one of them were able to help me the way Dr. flick has. Not to mention that one of the eight dislocated one of my ribs and another adjusted me so aggressively I could barely walk after the treatments. I had never heard of Tonal Chiropractic and was a little weary when I went, but I had hurt my arm and could not lift it at all. My arm was so bad my husband had to drive me to the appointment. We could not believe how much better I was after the first treatment! Tonal Chiropractic is non-aggressive and painless. There is no "cracking" like with other types of Chiropractic. When I went the first time time I kept waiting for the crack and the sharp pain but it never came. I actually fell asleep as I often do now. The atmosphere of the office is so relaxing. I have scoliosis and have seen chiropractors my whole life. I found Dr. Flick in 2013 and have been treating with him ever since then. He was able to completely resolve my severe back and neck pain! Now I'm able to go in for tune ups when needed. I highly recommend making this investment in your health and well being.

I have been seeing Dr. Flick for six months now and am in the best health I can remember. I had a lot of early childhood trauma which has affected my health for a long time now; I felt like I was getting worse and worse as I was getting older. After sticking with the process with Dr. Flick I have experienced a SIGNIFICANT improvement in my condition. I've had chronic low back problems that have increased in the last couple of years. I've been using a variety of approaches including acupuncture to help. I have experienced improvement with these things, but it seemed I wasn't getting beyond a certain point, no matter how careful I was or how I tried. After incorporating what Dr. Flick does, I FINALLY got past my sticking point and have been able to do things I haven't dared try for years for fear of a relapse--like ziplining at the GoApe treetop obstacle course! I have gone to chiropractors for several years, but tonal chiropractic was new to me. I started going to Dr. Flick last November after a friend recommended him to me when my adjustments from my previous chiropractor were no longer helping my neck, shoulders and lower back. I have been very pleased with my results. Within a couple of weeks, my neck and shoulders were no longer hurting. The issues with my lower back also improved tremendously. I was able to go on vacation this year and walk distances, for the first time in a long time, without any pain. I am feeling so much better thanks to Dr. Flick. I have been going now for a few months and I can't believe what a difference it has made. It's not your quick fix cracking chiropractic it's a more natural calming way to fix your body.
