One of the most professional eye doctors I’ve been to.

10/10 would recommend Dr. Lipparelli. I’ve been going to his office for about 20 years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He and his staff are always kind and I feel like I really know the guy when I’m there. Thank you Dr! :)

He over charged me for everything i called for explanation they refuse to talk to me front desk lady was meanest person ive ever talked too

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Horrible service. If you want to get ripped off go ahead and schedule with these guys.

After calling to pick up a copy of my RX, I was informed there would be no information given until I made my account "current". I was confused, I was sure I had paid in full... I asked her to clarify and was told I had picked-up my items and was going to get nothing else until I paid the balance. First of all, I knew I had recieved my glasses/contacts. Never said anything to the contrary. Second, when I asked her to clarify I was told in a critical voice (again) that I wasn't receiving a RX until they got their money. I was put on hold for about 5min while she claimed she called their "accounting dept" who backed her up, I owed it and that was that.... apparently they're the only Drs office that never makes an error. I told her I'd never received anything regarding owing money, she didnt disagree. She even said it was an office error by a past employee (although no apologies or explanations). I took cash down immediately (within 20 min). This was not a reason to treat me poorly. His office staff represents him. I was not rude, just surprised. Note: Upon returning from town, I found I had written 2 checks to him 2 weeks apart. They are both out of my checkbook, only the first has has cleared the bank. After 6 months I'm really unsure what happened. If this was my mistake, I would've apologized and still paid. Mistakes happen and I deserved to be treated with respect.
