Dr. Paul D. Herman

This Dr and the hospital he works for has been harassing me and sending to me collections after their own bill says if the payment is made within a specific time frame that accept a lot less. After paying that lesser amount they still sent to collections. Further more the doctor gave me a breathing treatment and sent me on my way with running additional testing. Leaving me to find that I have a serious issue that was missed and/or ignored by this doctor. Maybe because I came in late and he had to wake up see me. I don’t know but if possible I suggest staying away from these folks
