My Dr Lombard PCP. Is terrific! He is pleasant to talk with. Nice! Seems to care and remember past discussions. Like how tuff I have had it. They call him the COMASHIONATE DR. We came to HCPs about same time. His picture was up on wall next to elevated. 8 thought, he looks like a nice person. So I chose him as my primary Dr. I would have to leave HCPs at times due to med group not having a particular specialist I needed. Or a certain Dr was rude to me in a dept where I needed help. But always wanted to go back to my Dr! Lombard! Just the comfort I felt with him as my Dr! Other than rumors and gossip a Dr started on me, I guess HCPs is Oky. Allot of nice people quit from there so made it real different feeling. But Dr Lombard hung in there! Believe he is a Dr in charge. I never knew that till recently. So he is trying to keep things going. And keep employees in good spirit. We have had some small problems, nothing we didn't work out. I could tell he wanted that as well. He has helped me to a point I feel other Dr's would /could not! I. Felt I could always go to him. He is a super nice guy as they would put it! HCPs seems to have problems lately. I feel bad for my doc! As it can be very stressful to keep. A whole dept maybe more in good standing order! So I wish the best for HCPs! I pray it all gets better and they all stand strong! ????I just wonder why so many quiting thier jobs there? Dr Matthew Lombard will help keep the place standing. You don't find to many Drs like Dr Lombard! I went back with just Medicare so have more freedom! To choose what Dr I feel fits my needs. Not to be insulted all the time. If you read this to check on Health Care Partners. I would join if were you! Ask for Dr Lombard as your primary! You won't regret it! Still nice people working there! Good luck!
