Dr. Matthew T Manzo

Forget about trying to speak on the phone with someone. They should not pay a telephone bill because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! They ask you to press different numbers for different services and no one answers any of them. You leave a message and nothing! Then to get your prescription filled, forget about it. Good luck

Doctors should be compassionate ands caring. Matthew Manzo is the opposite of those two things. Stay far, far away from this practice and tell your friends to do the same.

This office has some great people working there. The person checking you out and making appointments has a great big smile with courteous service. And what can't be said about Dr. Manzo. He takes his time with you answering any questions you may have and looks at your information on the computer to make sure he covers all that is needed for followups or a physical. Called got a same day appointment with the doctor's office was treated with kindness compassion professionalism and courtesy was very happy with my treatment people were just absolutely wonderful and I think you so very much for seeing me on short notice

I heard nightmare stories about them, but I currently used them for the 1st time and Dr. Terry was fantastic and fought to get my meds through my insurance company! That's a huge win in my eyes

Dr Manzo and Terri are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Dr Manzo has been taking care of me since 2018! I have moved farther away but will continue to drive to be seen and treated at this office for as long as I live in NC, I may still even if I move away ❤️

I have been a patient since the doctor has been in wagram nc I am very upset he never addressed my mammogram reports with me for4 years . Just this October he has gotten a another doctor who came out and gave me a Covid test and asked her about my test she she was very helpful she schedule a appointment at a surgeon office I could have known 3 years earlier about this cancer IF DOCTOR Manzo had addressed or taken reports or looked at reports He not the doctor I thought he was

THIS OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THERE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL THEM AND ON TOP OF THAT HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL YOU ON THE VOICE PROMPT THEY HAVE LUNCH FROM 12-1:15. WHY DO WE NEED TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONES ANYWAYS.

I really wanted to like this facility as it is closest to my house and most convenient for me. However, after a few years of being a patient here I will be finding a new doctors office. As some of the other reviews mention, it is a hassle to get a prescription refilled. They require the pharmacy to send in a refill request. I have now been waiting a week for medication I need to take daily and have been unable to take due to this procedure. Also, when they sent me for an ultrasound, I wasn't told what they would be looking for. When the results came in I just got a phone call from the front desk staff that "my ultrasound was negative" and I'm not even sure what we were looking for. I don't get the feeling of care from this facility. I feel as though I am just another patient; another number. The staff is excellent and both Dr. Manzo and T. Weber, PA are awesome. I highly recommend them.

I've been seeing dr. Manzo for years he's an amazing doctor and the staff is always great

Had my first visit and I have to say that my experience was the best I have ever had. Everyone is so nice, professional and really care about you. It really didn't feel like a Dr. appt. P.A. Ms. Weber was so compassionate and friendly. I highly recommend Wagram Family Practice. Their customer service and care is the best.

Dr. Mango himself is a great Dr. but getting a refill on a prescription is horrible!!! You have to call your pharmacy, then call them then call them again and maybe a week or two later you will get your refill. My 87 year old aunt, my husband and myself have all had to do this. I used to see Dr. Manzo when he was in Laurinburg, NC working in the office of Dr. Brad Faulkenberry. He is a wonderful doctor and I hated to see him leave. I too have heard that he is in Wagram, NC and I hope to get an appointment with him again soon, as he is a really good doctor.

dr manzo cares about his patients. he listens to u and gives u the best advice and medicine for u. He don't believe in just giving u medicine u don't need. He is a caring doctor. I don't want to go to anybody else.

Dr. Manzo is a great doctor in my opinion. He is always prompt, accurate, friendly and understanding. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in quality care with quality service from his staff.

Dr. Manzo is an awesome doctor! He will take the time to talk to u and really understand what's going on with you. And his staff is very courteous and helpful. I truly appreciate all of the staff at Wagram Family Practice for taking excellent care of my daughter!

I used to see Dr. Manzo when he was in Pinehurst N.C. He is a wonderful Dr. I hear that he is coming to Wagram N,C. I hope to get a appointment with him there.
