It was great

This visit was a follow up from being in the hospital. I did not schedule the appointment, someone from the hospital must have. Dr. Matthew Moore and his staff have always been easy to work with scheduling, prescription refills or have all questions answered. I don't know how long my appointment is scheduled for but I will say Dr. Moore has never made me feel like I'm asking too many questions or taking up too much time. He always takes time to explain and answer all of my questions, even my husband's questions. My husband has to take me because I can't drive anymore due to chronic dizziness. Dr. Moore has never shown or treated us like we are a nuisance. Dr. Moore is a fabulous physician.

I did not receive quality care from provider. Did not examine my ears, nose, throat or listen to my heart/lungs.

Dr. Moore, Elizabeth Shea, NP and his staff are everything you are looking for in a PCP. They are responsive, available, take the time to listen and explain, are compassionate and knowledgeable. When my husband had a stroke Dr. Moore took all the time we needed to both explain and answer questions. Lizzy is an expert at putting patients at ease, gives her patients the time they need to go over whatever issues are at hand (even if the patient was not the best at being seen yearly) and is extremely compassionate. I have been a nurse for over 30 years so this praise is not easy to earn... lol Big thank you to both of them.

Dr. Moore is the best PCP I've had in a long time. He is very attentive and is determined to alleviate any issues you have. His staff is also exemplary with the customer service they provide - very rare to find.

Great doctor, always listens and asks good questions before coming to conclusions. Kind and courteous staff as well.

My husband has seen him a couple of times and what a breath of fresh air. Dr. Moore is very personable and explains everything in great detail but in a way that people can understand. Being new to the area we were stressed out looking for a new Dr. I will be switching over to him as well.

I have been a patient in the Onstead clinic for 8 years. When Dr Van Sickle left there, Dr. Moore assumed supervision of the PA and NP. I saw him in his Grass Lake office for my yearly exam. He ordered labs, assumed responsibility for reviewing the labs, billed for his services and was compensated. His Grass Lake office now says I must set up a 45 minute appt in two weeks to be an established patient in their office. He is the Onstead medical director for their patients!! He is my doctor!

Worth the 25 minute drive to see Dr. Moore. Best family doctor.

Really excellent listener. I've been in there for, gosh, a little bit of everything! He knows when he's got enough information to treat, and he knows when to refer to a specialist. I trust him with my health.
