I wish I would have found this office sooner! From the front office staff to the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the dentist himself, I trust that I am in good hands with each dental experience. Scheduling appointments is simple. I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes once I arrive. The office is incredibly clean. They work with my schedule, understand my insurance, and are genuinely concerned with my dental health. The dentist is so professional and has an expertise like none I have visited before.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Matthew Record and Dr. Risa Record for years. The doctors and all members of the office are very welcoming and always make us feel comfortable. What kind of dentist screams at their assistant and then demands respect?? For a “Christian environment” calling patients who fall fall the schedule “losers” loud enough for patients to hear doesn’t seem very Christian like! I think both of these dentists need Jesus before they can call themselves Christians! I have met the assistants there and they are way more helpful and respectful than the dentists themselves. The dentists did not make me feel comfortable..especially the lady. She was so rude to the assistant when all the assistant was doing was helping. Seemed like the lady dentist just had it out for that assistant. I have even heard other people talk about how bad she treats this little assistant. Just doesn’t seem right to me. But I can say one thing, I will NOT be back to this place and my family will NOT be back! I also think that little dark haired assistant needs to quit and find a place that will treat her with the respect she deserves! Dr. Record and Dr. Record…ya’ll need Jesus!!! Try reading a Bible and actually LISTEN to your preacher BEFORE you try to flaunt that you an Upstanding Christian and family oriented business!
