This is not for Dr Schaeffer but the lack of response and call back from the office is completely unacceptable. I scheduled an appointment so the can renew my refill over a week ago but they never called in the refill. Now I am 5 days without medicine and when I called and left 3 MESSAGES on Monday no one called me back. For an office to not respond to a critical medicine request is inexcusable after 3 messages. Love the doctor but cannot take the lack of response and attitudes when you reach someone. Very good at what he does always on top of things when it comes to your health u don't even know he is running a test on u thats how he is wonderful and his bedside matter is wonderful also could not ask for a nicer cardiologist

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. I would NOT entrust your loved ones to this man. .
