If I could give negative 100 stars I would. This doctor operated on my mom in a most barbaric way.be cut an upside down smiley face the whole size of her abdomen to get to her kidney. She was never right after this surgery and . And you

The Dr. was nice but I am still in as much pain as before. I have had the same thing done twice and my legs are in the same shape. I have paid to have surgery on my legs twice and I can't tell that a thing has been done. If there haven't been blood I would said that he didn't do anything. I wouldn't tell anyone to go to him.

Gena who "works" in the front is probably one of the rudest people ive spoken to before. I fear for the patients there if she is the one who is suppose to be providing customer service to them. I had to call in regards to a mutual patient with some important information and she gave me nothing but attitude the whole time EVEN HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES and when i would call asking if her hanging up was a mistake she made it clear it wasn't. I am amazed someone who acts that horrible on a recorded phone call is working in healthcare. I asked to speak to someone else or a office manager and she hung up AGAIN and told me shes the office manager (which i will be disgusted if someone who acts in that manner is a MANAGER) and there is no one else to speak to. I even apologized if i was making her job "hard". The patients care should always come first no matter what type of bad day your having, when i asked if she has informed the patient with the updated information she said its not her job. Dr Roulhac i hope you see this review from how nasty and horrible she was i am sure i'm not the only one who has received this type of experience from her, SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD AND ESPECIALLY NOT IN A PROVIDERS OFFICE. Dr is very informative and a nice staff!

The Doctor is very informative, caring, and the staff are very pleasant as well.

I am very pleased with my care and the wonderful staff. The Roulhacs are professional and caring.

The only reason I gave 1 star was because this was the only way to write a review.I felt this office staff,as well as the Dr Roulac was very unprofessional with the exception of the person that got vital signs,she was nice,The receptionist was rude she didnt say hello may i help you or anything ,she stated "I need your insurance card and a picture id "then she told me to sit down and i would be called back,Then when i was in the back waiting on the doctor,he came in and was very loud,kept inching towards the door,was not open to my asking questions,when i asked him if he had viewed my carotid ultrasound,he replied I didnt have to the report is right here,,I know all doctors do at least 8 years. to get their degree,and ant least a few more to specialize in a particular field.People is a vascular surgeon that is loud enough for the waiting room and the rest of the staff to hear your personal information,dont want to take time to answer your questions,and does not view vital screenings that he was trained to view he just takes the word of a Radiologist that is not trained in as a vascular surgeon do you really want to pay for this type of unfriendly un professional service????I dont and never will again I will find a vascular surgeon in Moore county. Wonderful doctor explain everything to you before your procedure. Staff is very caring and nice it was great.

The procedure was flawless, little pain afterward Doctor said to exercise later by walking to improve blood flow. I had both legs done. Best Work done by anyone before.
