After confirming insurance and making appt, I drove my 85 year old mother 45 min to this doctor. When I arrived they said they did not take the insurance and refused cash to clean the earwax out of her ears. I would definatley look for a different ent before going to this place

I think its seriously wild that you guys want to be rude and basically turn me away because I'm private pay. For those reading this, dont waste your time here with a rude staff that won't even try to get you in the door. Honestly.

I've gone to Dr. Bray for years. He and staff were EXTREMELY sympathetic with me before Obama Care enabled me to get decent insurance. I thank God, however, that things ultimately worked out for my condition ... and that Dr. Bray was a major part of God's plan toward my healing. Utmost blessings always!

Went in due to enlarged tonsil & mentioned having trouble hearing out of one ear. Dr. Bray ordered a hearing test upon my return visit, when he got the results he ordered a MRI, it was done 2 days later. He called me in the same day to discuss the results. I am thankful for his professionalism & concern.

I wouldn't even give them a star. They are very unprofessional in the office. They refused to give my daugter an appointment because she missed one due to cheerleading. They went as far as to say something about my mothering skills. My daughter suffers from seizures and other medical issues. Misinformed me on the phone about certain aspects of my visit. When I pointed this out in person the lady at the front desks attitude immediately changed to annoyance. As I left after not getting a check up due to said misinformation she perked up and threw a sarcastic and rather bitchy goodbye. I'm sure Dr. Bray is a wonderful doctor but his staff is rude and don't want to admit that they messed up the details. I would have been okay with it if they'd just forgotten and I'm sure it was indeed an honest mistake but an unnecessary snarky attitude is pretty damn unprofessional. I'm not rescheduling obviously.
