Megan is a great listener and solution oriented. She’s helped me problem solve, referrals, injections, PT to get me to the point I can enjoy my life! I feel she’s my best advocate and an open minded Orthopedic physician!

Dr Charboneau is outstanding.

Doc gives my cortezone shots in my thumb knuckles and she takes so much care. Her bedside manner is second to none. I need surgery but she's been helping me to stay working until I can take the time for the surgery. Thanks doc!

She was very nice and told me what was going on with my knee. The replacement is my best option and she answered my questions. I now look forward to getting my bionic knee. :D Fear is gone.

First time meeting Dr. Charboneau was a great experience. She made me feel at ease and comfortable, listened to what my issue was and gave her recommendations.

Dr Charboneau was thorough and I felt like she listened to me and took time to review my images and chart. She was great.

So glad to have found Dr. Charboneau. I have seen her 3 times. She respects your time by covering most everything needed in one visit- Xrays, evaluation & procedure (if possible). I have never been in the waiting more than 10 minutes to see her. She is pleasant, kind & takes time listening to your concerns. Her assessments are very thorough. She has helped me immensely with my issues (knee, hip). The staff is wonderful too-front desk personnel, xray tech, MA. Again, so grateful to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Charboneau is very thorough and makes you feel like you are the most important patient at that time. She asks great questions and tries to get to know you as much as possible in the short time she has with you.

Dr Charboneau and her staff were warm inviting and thorough at my visit . Everyone from the intake and my MA were all very nice. Even the X-ray tech. Very comprehensive exam and evaluation. Opted after consultation with me, the patient, to do steroid injection of my left knee. Quality prep-determine the exact point of entry for the needle and it was finished in a minute or two without pain or after pain. Knee feels great today.

Dr Charboneau was very thorough in explaining syndromes. Took time to answer questions. She was also double masked which made me feel better considering I care for an immunocompromised person at home.

Dr. Charboneau was extremely thorough and very professional. I felt very assured that my care was important to her, and that was extremely important to me as a patient.

Had a productive appointment w/ Dr Charboneau. Besides alway having to wait 30-40 minutes each time I have an appointment. That’s a bit much.

It was very good. She was nice and professional. Answered any questions that I had.

I went in for a cortisone shot to my left knee but my BP was high that day so the Doctor couldn't do it, I appreciate the alternative suggestions. I got a referral for Physical Therapy, they had also x-rayed my knee and she explained what was going on, she said I was a candidate for a knee replacement. I said, Hmm, no I just got finished anti cancer infusions and surgery 6 months ago, so what else you got? She talked of another type of pain med injection, but she needed to check on the ingredients since I have many sensitivities. She gave me other ideas to help support that knee. All in all it was a positive experience. Nice nurses in there too. I felt very well taken care of, didn't wait long either, mere minutes.

She’s very thoughtful and considerate of patient’s concerns and questions. I never felt she was annoyed at my queries. So many doctors these days are more concerned with data entry into a computer, not really engaging with the patient. Not her. Yes she looks at data carefully, certainly, but I always felt like she cared about me and my issue. She’s a great doctor, has a methodical common-sense approach, and I definitely trust her that she has my best interests at heart. I don’t fancy needles too much, and she made kind efforts to reduce pain and anxiety. I enjoy my visits with her. Her treatment and care are making a difference to my medical issues. I heartily recommend Dr Charbeneau to anyone experiencing issues similar to mine (tendon degeneration in the elbow, tennis elbow, etc).

I have seen Dr. Charboneau for both a leg injury and a shoulder injury, she is very professional and attentive. Both of my injuries were resolved and she got me back to all of my activities quickly! I highly recommend her and Rainier Ortho!

Any and all services I've received at Rainier Orthopedic have been stellar. I know when I see Dr Charboneau that I'm in good hands. She is professional, kind and actually listens to my concerns, unlike others in the medical profession. I highly recommend her.

Very pleasant and professional while also being thorough and identifying my trouble area quickly. Asked a lot of questions and took notes to understand the scope of injury as well as providing a description of prescribed treatment that was detailed while still easy to understand.

The staff was very friendly. Dr Charboneau seemed very concerned about my issue and was thorough with my examination. She listened and she explained every thing. She also apologized for the issues I had trying to get an appointment.

The doctor was very professional. It made me feel at ease when she administered the procedure.

Dr. Charboneau is intelligent, thorough and delivers expertise in a concise manner. I've seen her for a few different issues and it's been great.

Dr. Charboneau is always very thorough and kind. She diagnosed the problem and gave me a PT script. I found some of the exercises on the Net and have already improved.

Provides excellent medical advice giving several options and upfront on pluses and minues of each option. Takes time to interact with the patient, ensures she has the most current understanding of your issue. Staff members to include ancilary staff are all top quality people.

I had a great experience in visiting Dr. Charboneau. Her and the staff were all very personable, and Dr.Charboneau was very thorough in assessing my care and answering my questions. Going to see a specialist can sometimes be a daunting task, but the whole experience was great and I would recommend Dr.Charboneau!

X-rays were performed immediately at Rainier Orthopedic, and after she had an opportunity to review them, she came back to examine me. She carefully explained my ongoing issues and proposed a plan going forward for my treatment. During this appointment with Dr. Charboneau I felt that she understood my concerns and that she can effectively coordinate my treatment options.
