My mother Joanne P. is a new patient at the florida cancer and hematology center and Dr. JUNA is outstanding. We've just begun our journey and I am already impressed with everything. ????

She was very short with me. She spent about 3 min and seemed rushed. I was there to receive monthly nucala injection. I had seen her in Feb. and was required to see her 3 months later because I was leaving the state for 5 months. This visit seemed to me to be nothing more than a billing opportunity for her. When I questioned her about the frequency of the required visits she was quick to suggest I find an alternative place to receive my monthly injection, or a different MD.

Dr. Juna was the opposite of helpful while dealing with my father's stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She and her team were constantly rude, short and unclear while discussing his case with my mother and family. So much so that my father didn't know that stage 4 pancreatic cancer was most likely a death sentence. He was five months into his diagnosis when someone finally explained metastatic cancer to him. There was no sense of urgency in my father's care, maybe due to his age and diagnosis, and we routinely had to deal with fighting for a response or an appt. If you live in Florida and have a loved one with cancer, I feel strongly that you should look for care elsewhere. I want to thank Dr juna for her help in getting me to Dr wade sexton who performed 2 surgeries on my bladder cancer. Dr Juna is very knowledgable & companionate. She has taken exemplary care of my wife through this horrific Dx. Easy to talk to...listens...wonderful staff! Kudos! You too will be pleased.

Dr. Juna told me I had two small nodules on the lower right lobe and she wanted a biopsy. When I went to the hospital for the biopsy the doctor put a screen up in front of me that show both lungs full of cancer! When I questioned Dr Juna she said I had 2 years left! My gut told me to leave her and get another doctor which I promptly did. I am now in n e d no evidence of disease in my lungs. If you want someone to treat your cancer do not use this doctor.

She is beyond reproach. Have seen many docs over a bunch of years for my blood issue . Dr. J is the only one that could make sense of it and find the correct diagnosis which has improved my health in so many ways. She is not only a great doctor, she is also willing to listen and cares about her patients.
