Dr. Melanie B Gardner

I first visited here 3 years ago and the office staff was rude. 2 years later there have been a lot of changes. Friendly office staff and I am very pleased with Dr Gardner.

She is very understanding and takes all of the time necessary to solve my problem. Most of all, she cares about me. She's more than a doctor, she's like family.

Listens and helps.

My husband and myself were seeking a family doctor to refill our medications when needed. I was taking a medication the Dr Gardner wanted me to come off even though I had been taking this medicine for eighteen years and it was helping my breathing condition. when i said that i did not want to come off this medicine she only gave my husband and myself 1 month refill on our meds. I just received a bill for $79.00 for myself for what we have been forced to seek another family doctor who will refill all out medicines when needed. I would not recommend Dr Garner to anyone. I have a say so in my med treatment and I made the decision not to come off a medicine that was the only thing i found that helped my breathing condition so Dr Gardner decided to be rude and force us to seek another doctor, which we did. so I am having to pay a bill for nothing thanks to Dr. Garner. The only nice thing I can say is her staff were nice and friendly too bad Dr Gardner did not rate the same.

I have been seeing Dr. Gardner for almost a year now and she has proven to be one of the most caring and concerned doctor I've ever been to. Due to the fact that I needed to see a specialist, she never hesitated to send me and acted immediately to see that I get the appointment I needed. She has stayed abreast of my condition and makes sure I keep my appointments, etc. GREAT doctor and great staff at Cleveland Family Care! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very unprofessional. Cannot keep information about a patient straight during a visit. Waiting room time is always at least 45 minutes after appointment time. Not up to date on current treatments that are available.

I first met Dr Gardner in January of 2016 and she is excellent. I absolutely love her and I also told my husband about her and he loves her. She is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend her. She is very thorough and she explains everything where we can understand what she is doing
