I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out today and all I can say is wow 10/10. They handle you with so much care and do everything they can to make it as painless and possible

Highly trained, experienced and caring doctor. Wouldn't use anyone else for special procedure needed.

Best oral surgeon anywhere, had 4 wisdom teeth removed and never felt a thing, just went back and had 7 teeth yes 7 teeth removed and never felt any pain. AWESOME!!!

Charges you for an unnecessary visit and now I am battling with my insurance company. Beware!

Everyone was so great. They did a really great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I always have a great experience when I go see Dr Marshall,She is always so nice and explains what is going to happen with your procedure....And her staff is very nice also⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All those 1,2,and 3 star people ??? I dont know what happened but Doc Marshall's office staff are courteous, helpful, informed, personable, I can go on and on but.... Dr. Marshall and her incredible staff give the best service!! I had my top 2 fully erupted wisdom teeth removed yesterday morning. I knew this team was amazing because of my experience at the consultation a few weeks ago. They are kind, pleasant, efficient, and personable. In and out in a few minutes for both the consultation and surgery. I couldn’t believe it! I was a little nervous going in for the surgery but I shouldn’t have been. They even gave me a warm blanket just before the surgery began and that helped calm my nerves and reassure me that this team knew what they were doing. They went over my after-care thoroughly and gave me a detailed and easy to follow sheet. Dr. Marshall even called me herself yesterday afternoon to check on me! I have had almost no pain and zero swelling. Dr. Marshall said I brought easy teeth but it’s way more than that - her team are just superb! I am so grateful! Outstanding group of professionals

Dr Marshall and her staff are wonderful. Everyone is kind, polite, gentle, and informative. She explained everything that was going to happen and talked me through the procedure as it was happening. She even called personally to check up on me afterward.

Wonderful and easy experience with Dr. Marshall and the office staff. I had a tooth extracted and was expecting it to be a long and bothersome experience, but it was the exact opposite. The office is beautiful, the staff is very kind and accommodating. I was made to feel welcomed and very comfortable. I was even provided a warm blanket. Dr. Marshall is also very welcoming, kind, and thorough. I honestly was expecting to be pretty uncomfortable during the entire extraction, but it was the exact opposite. Dr. Marshall provided information on what to expect, and cues during the procedure about what to expect which made for an easy experience. The procedure was over after about 3 mins. All-in-all with the preliminaries, numbing, procedure, and discharge..I was done in about 30 mins. Easy to follow instructions were given afterwards from both Dr. Marshall, the assistant, and the front office staff during discharge. Highly recommend!! After a bad experience with my regular dentist I was referred to Dr. Marshall. The staff are really nice and make you feel very comfortable. The environment makes you feel at ease. Dr. Marshall was very detailed about what was happening and made me feel at ease. Great dentist and I drive a long ways to go to her.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out last week. Melanie Marshall did such an excellent job, along with all of her assistants. Her bedside manner was superb. She made me feel confident in my decision, in choosing her as my oral surgeon. She made a personal phone call the day of my surgery, to see how I was feeling and if I had any concerns. They also have 3 different types of sedation/anesthesia. I chose not to be put to sleep, choosing local anesthetic and “laughing gas.” If I felt any pain they gave me more numbing meds. They also made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire procedure. The prices for this facility were reasonable. The follow up exam a week later were included in the original price. I want to personally thank Melanie Marshall and all of her staff for making this experience as comfortable for me as you did. You knew I was nervous, but you helped me through the entire procedure. A great overall experience!!!

I went to have 7 teeth pulled 4 front 2 bottom wisdom that were impacted and another back molar on top she was amazing explained things as she went everyone was friendly and helpful and Dr Marshall even called herself to check on me a couple hours later loved them

Everyone was awesome from the front of the office to back!! I love their positive atmosphere and smiling faces. Dr. Marshall even called after my daughter's oral surgery to check on her. Wow!! If you are looking for a great oral surgeon look no further!! Thanks ladies!!

Dr Marshall extracted an infected tooth; the last tooth lower left. She was caring and comforting while her staff kept me at ease. I do not like having dental work done but Dr Marshall made it much easier to deal with. The prices are fair. The staff is competent. The office is easy to find and clean. I went to get two teeth extracted and have been through a though time trying to find the right dentist that was within my network and I was so happy that this office was able to do work for me for a great price. Consultation went well and I was delighted that wouldn't need my wisdom teeth removed. Ms. Marshall was a very easy going oral surgeon and I anticipated this surgery for several months and then after the consult, had to wait in pain more weeks to finally get to the day of my appointment. Today I went in and after I had paid, I went back and they numbed me and prepped me for the work to be done. While they were doing the prepping I asked if I could keep the two teeth they were pulling and they said that they couldn't let me have them. Mind, I have had 3 teeth pulled already, and each time the dentist always let me keep them, even put them into convenient little envelope packs for me. I wasn't tooo worried about it and honestly didn't care, I would love to keep the momentos for reasons I felt I didn't really think we're necessary to explain, but I need them for religious purposes, and honestly because they have caused me alot of pain and they belong to me. When they walked out of the room to let the anaesthetic kick in, I curiously looked up on my phone about people keeping their teeth, sure enough, Not bizarre at all! It's a very common thing and Google even directed me to OSHA and the Center For Disease Control where it clearly stated there was ABSOLUTELY no federal or state laws that prohibit people from keeping their extracted teeth. The only thing it said was that the the only laws were between the employees handling the tooth, after sterilizing it and rinsing it off, a disinfected tooth has a highly unlikely chance of spreading sickness and is totally safe for a patient to take home and furthermore has zero effect on the practice after it's out of the office. When an assistant came back to check on me I asked her about it and questioned her. After reading off what the CDC had to say, she explained that it was THEIR policy and seemed upset that I even dare question it. A moment later the surgeon and the assistants walk in lift my arm up out of the chair and are asking me to exit the office!!!!! I explained to them that if they had to discard it that it was totally fine and I was willing to comply, I was not confrontational at all and only wanted to ask questions on why it wasn't okay. They were saying they couldn't work with me because I was agitated, after the fact that I said it was totally fine to throw it away and I was just ready to get it over with and not be in pain anymore. The surgeon walked out and went to work in another room, while the nurses, who totally understood where I was coming from kept coming in to check on me and say they would try and talk to Ms. Marshall. Everytime they came in I told them I had no bad vibes and wasn't trying to argue and would do whatever they needed me to, even offered to give them a hug if they would relieve me of this god awful pain that I already paid to have done and literally sitting there ready to work. I would never insult, or act like a jerk to someone who was about to care for me medically. Unfortunately there are different perspectives and I can see where they might have thought i was challenging them. But even after they said it was THEIR policy, I was totally cool with it! Screw it let's get it over with! No big deal, the teeth would have probably come out in pieces anyways. Well after about 30 minutes of talking to different ladies and begging them and telling them I was sorry for ASKING QUESTIONS. Finally the surgeon comes back in and firmly tells me there's nothing they can do for me and that they would refund my money at the desk. I left in tears! Literally shaking and crying with the receptionist. I didn't care about the tooth THAT much, and stated that many times! And was still treated like I was some kind of hostile jerk. Here's a tip, don't go here, cause the moment you ask a question of concern or voice your opinion and state facts, your out! I had a tooth filling that came out , my regular dentist could not pull it so they recommend I see Dr.Marshall because I'm on blood thinner. She was absolutely wonderful.. My husband needed to have a broken wisdom tooth removed. We went in for a consultation about the extraction and Dr. Marshall said he would be provided a local anesthetic and some medication to help him remain calm. We were quoted a price because our dental insurance did not cover extractions and were told all included (extraction and necessary medication) the cost would be approximately $300. Flash forward to the day of the oral surgery, and my husband only receives 2 shots of demerol and a wait time of maybe 10 minutes before Dr. Marshall comes in and breaks the remainder of his tooth off! And then scoffs at him for screaming as SHE BROKE OFF HIS TOOTH. AFTER THEY DID NOT GIVE APPROPRIATE TIME FOR THE NUMBING TO TAKE PLACE. They offered him "pain medication" (aka. low dose ibuprofen) which would have cost extra money. We asked for an itemized bill and were again dismissed for expressing concern that he did not receive the treatment we were told he would get. They kept insisting that the price quoted only included the extraction and not any pain/anxiety management. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR UNLESS YOU HAVE A HIGH PAYING INSURANCE PLAN. In our opinion we were treated poorly, not because we didn't pay, but because our insurance didn't cover the procedure. Very unprofessional and misleading. I had one molar removed during one visit and another molar and three wisdom teeth removed at another. The price was reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr Marshall was very nice and professional. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend them.

I had seen a dentist Pryor to coming here to have two teeth extracted ! i was told by the dentist that they could not fill my teeth and my only options were getting a root canal or extraction .Even though my teeth did not hurt and were not bothering me in anyway ! I was referred to Dr. Marshall by my regular dentist to have a tooth pulled. I put off having it pulled until I had no choice. I called and made my appointment. I was very nervous going to someone that I did not know. The minute I walked into the office I was greeted very warmly and very professional. Of course after completing the paper work I was called back by Dea Campola, Dr. Marshall's assistant. We spoke about everything. I mentioned to Dea that I was nervous not knowing Dr. Marshall. She told me about her and how she worked with a patient. Dr. Marshall walked into the room. WOW! I was so very impressed with her and her professional friendly manners. She explained to me what she was going to do so I knew what to expect. I had a cap on this tooth. She made a comment that the cap was hard to get off. Within minutes she had the tooth pulled. Anyone who knows me knows of my terror of having dental work done. I've had several procedures done by Dr. Marshall and would never consider going to anyone else. Everyone there is so kind and patient. Dr. Marshall has always been kind and considerate and she is extremely adept and talented in what she does. She also calls to personally check on you after any procedures. They are also reasonable in their prices - I don't have dental insurance and none of it is cheap but she is the most reasonable in the area. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall! Unprofessional staff and misleading price quotes. Not enough wait time for numbing to take place. Treatment plan discussed at consultation included calming medication (pill to help with sedation) and it was not provided. Laughed at my husband for screaming as she BROKE OFF HIS TOOTH.
