Dr. Hoercher took extra time out of their busy schedule to explain exactly the situation with my eyes, why they behave as they do, and further to even go in-depth about the mechanisms at play through viewing an image of my actual eyes. As a person that strives to have an understanding of everything that affects me, I truly and deeply appreciated this experience. I cannot recommend Dr. Hoercher enough, and will continue visiting Baldwin Eye Clinic in the future to ensure I continue receiving that above and beyond level of care.

I want to express how pleased I was with my appointment today with Dr. Hoercher. Dr. Hoercher really explained how the eye works, my near-sightedness and my astigmatism. She fitted me for contact lenses and taught me how to insert and remove them efficiently. I feel that Dr. Hoercher took time to perform a very thorough examination, and, most important to me, she truly cared about me as a patient.
