I’m extremely sad to learn that Dr Kashlan will no longer be available at the Robinson location. She is truly a compassionate person. She listens and is extremely thorough at appointments. She takes the time to address your concerns whereas I’ve experienced other physicians who seem to be too busy or just don’t want to deal with you.

I LOVE Dr. Kashlan! My husband and I have both been seeing her for the past 4 years. She has never shown me anything but respect and compassion. She’s very open and understanding of your individual situation, without judgment or degradation.

Earnestly listens to you, makes you feel comfortable through personal anecdotes; does not tolerate patients thinking they know better (i.e. "I don't get a flu shot" will generate a "no, there is no reason not to" type response; great at making sure you know she's a GP and can refer you if you desire and open to working with you on your treatment. Her staff is EXCELLENT.

The absolute worst provider I have ever seen. I have never felt more disrespected in all my life. She made a complete mockery out of me and my situation. No bedside manner, rude, condescending. I sat in the exam room for a half an hour and then dealt with that. Made smart remarks at my expense. Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional with zero compassion. Terrible.

For a new patient apt, she had read my chart, listened attentively to all ,y comments, asked questions and was genuinely interested in getting to know me and why I was there. Good beside manner. What you expect from a Dr.
