First class Dr .never had a Dr that actually caress about you as a person takes her time explains everything Listens to you makes you feel better just talking .does what is needed to get to the source and all the appropriate test if needed she’s on in a million for sure

Rude office staff, nurse practitioner that has minimal experience in ordering prescriptions correctly. Walgreen Pharmacy in Delaware has said that the office staff was rude, and disrespectful to them when calling to get a p.a.

This review is more about the person working for Dr. Payne who answers the phone and sends test requests. We were told my husband should get a stress test and it took 2 weeks for the office to send the request to Ohio Health. Three weeks later, I called to make an appointment for my husband who had been sick for 5 days and was getting worse to have the receptionist chuckle as she let me know Dr. Payne was booked for the next 4 days. We went to a minute clinic to be told that he might have pneumonia and we should ask his dr. to request an xray. When I called Dr. Payne's office and gave the information to the same receptionist, I asked if this could be requested for today. Her reply was "I couldn't tell you. All I can do is send this note for Dr. Payne to read when she gets a chance." I then asked if urgent care has the ability to do xrays and she said she had no idea. Then laughed and said she wasn't from around here. She knew I was aggravated and told me to have a nice day. Really? Is that what someone who's concerned her husband may have pneumonia wants to hear? Have a nice day?

I would absolutely recommend Dr Payne to my friends and family. She listened and genuinely cared about what I was saying. The staff was also fantastic! Easy to reach and called back quickly.

Dr. Melissa Payne has been my doctor for over 10 years and she is by far the best physician I've known. Always friendly and willing to listen to your concerns. She's also humerus which is important when facing an embarrassing situation, she's very sensitive to it and helps get your mind off of your embarrassment. I love Dr. Payne and feel very blessed to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Payne is a truly phenomenal doctor. I have followed her from another location and we will continue to follow her. Both my husband and son also see her and are very pleased with her services. Not only is she our doctor but she is a friend, a family member, someone we trust with our life therefore, we consider her family! Her bedside manner is that of a caring Dr, she is always out for the best interest of the patient and their family. She is very forthcoming and explains everything in detail.

She is rude.... Won't discuss any problem other than what your appointment was scheduled for. All about money has an I know more than you attitude. That's not what your appointment is for comment won't return phone calls. Would Not recommend her others feel the same.

I love Dr Payne. I'm a former patient of hers. We left the practice when she moved to Grove city. What a mistake! She is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens and you know that she really cares about your health. I just tried to set up an appointment but I was told that she is NOT accepting new patients and hasn't for years.
