We have been seeing Dr. Su for over twenty years. She is excellent at diagnosis and does not hesitate to send you for necessary testing or labs. I believe she cares about her patients and takes their care seriously. She is rushed at times because she is in demand. I highly recommend her to both family and friends all the time.

A very good doctor with skills and knowledge. Always very cautious and tell you the worst case you may have. However, she is in a rush since the patients are line up at the waiting room.

This is the worst doctor visit I have ever experienced. I am a college student on a pre-med track. If Dr. Su were the first doctor I met in my life, I would reconsider my career choice as a doctor. My insurance plan has just been renewed, so my visit this time included communication with the insurance company. In the process of dealing with this “abnormal situation," she and her team failed to offer me advice on various routes but implied that I must seek medical treatment in this office and pay out of pocket. All this shattered any of my trust in this doctor. If you expect to find qualified doctors who provide personal, humane, respectful, patient and considerate services, my experience would not suggest you to this doctor. Experienced and great at diagnosing, actuall called me with something my blood work showed after she was home... Yes she can be rushed but blame the insurance companies for paying doctors so little they cannot spend the time you would like... But she does listen and spend appropriate time needed

Dr. Su is probably one of the best Doctors around. Not everyone in the office is pleasant but she is great at diagnosing what others Doctors miss and she has good bed side manner. I walked into her office when she had a walk in medical clinic many years ago simply to get a referral to a Podiatrist and she scanned me quickly, did blood work and the outcome was thyroid disease. I'd been to doctors, no else caught that. I will never use another Doctor as long as she's practicing.

Love this doctor! Her diagnosis are spot on and she doesn’t shy away from treating you with the necessary meds.

Terrible experiences consistently. During my explanation of symptoms I was interrupted numerous times by her trying to write me a prescription for a condition I did not have because she wouldn't listen to my full explanation. It was to the point of actually telling her to stop interrupting so I could finish my sentences. She does not listen and can't be bothered. Her office staff is downright rude. There are far better doctors who run more personable, humane offices for patients.

Dr. Melissa Su is the worst physician I dealt wit. She's brash & her bedside manner is non-existent; she seems always in a rush and not focused on the patient before her. As her patient (for 6 months), She hardly spent more than 4 minutes on any given visit I had; she hardly listens, does not check lab or blood work, let alone explain any abnormality or deficiency. Her staff is generally rude, unhelpful, lack empathy or courtesy. I do not trust her or her staff. Stay Away from Dr. Su's office!

Doesn't listen to patients ,spends two minutes at most with patients, just does not care,it's a shame. The staff is worst ,only nice one is the young lady that draws blood
