Takes her time. Doesn’t make you feel worried on the smallest issues. When I leave I still feel healthy. Other Drs set in panic even on the smallest of negative results. Not her, she it’s fine but just do this instead.

Office staff are completely unprofessional and lack empathy and work ethic. Dr Taylor's office manager and assistant would not return calls from my pharmacy for two days so that required information could be clarified. When I called the office and requested they call the pharmacy, the office manager refused to do so. I had to got down to the office and insist that I speak with Dr Taylor herself and wait for her to call the pharmacy and correct her office's mistake in processing my prescription. For her part in the matter, after clearly discovering her own error and realizing her staffs active role in poor and unprofessional service, she offered no apology and instead wanted to dismiss me as a patient which is illegal for a Doctor to do to a patient while under going treatment. Instead she sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to get to her call, something I had to do 4 times while trying to get the prescription written 2 days prior. Best doc ever

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor's since I was 15 years old. I'm 31 now. I've had other doctor's when I moved away for college but I've always kept Dr. Taylor as my primary. There is no one better. She's kind, caring, knowledgeable, intelligent and your health is her first priority. I've had a lot of health problems that have been difficult and she has never given up on me when other doctors have. She has never turned her back and has always listened. She has never made me feel like it was all in my head when other doctor's have. I am forever grateful for Dr. Taylor and my health improvements are because she's a great doctor.

Dr. Taylor was my primary in early 2009 when I moved down from Victorville. I owe her my life. Because of her inclination that my high blood pressure was caused by something other then my weight (all my other doctors told me to lose weight) I get to live another day. I was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, Coarctation of the Aorta, normally gets corrected after birth. I was a ticking time bomb, my blood pressure on a daily was over 180/80. thanks to Dr. Taylor it was corrected I get to hopefully live to 100! Best doctor ever!

Dr. Taylor takes her time to discuss any health issues, makes recommendations, and makes me feel comfortable. I am getting closer to the century mark and have been seen by numerous doctors in my years. I will stay with a doctor who makes me feel a valued patient.

I have been her patient for almost 13 years and I am very happy with her knowledge, bed-side manner, how she explains all and takes her time. she is very professional and a trustworthy doctor!

The doctor is a nice lady, but the customer service and booking is the shittest exp ever. My mom who is elderly has been with the dr for many years, they refuse to book her an appt today with any one in the clinic. This happens all the time, if you have ANY type of situation that comes up, they will NEVER help you. EVER. They really suck and the "girls" on the phone just don't care. They have the biggest FU attitude. I am stuck dealing with these creatures becuase her medical and we live in the boondocks. So yeah- my day will be spent in ER - again. I have recently had to move my elderly mom from South Carolina to live with us in Norco. She needed a new Dr. and is very picky. Upon our first meeting and many since, Dr. Taylor has been extremely kind, generous, polite, knowledgeable, and tender with my mom. It is terrifying to age and to know you are literally losing your mind and Dr. Taylor seems to have the compassion and understanding of this. I am very grateful my mom found a "safe" place to have her geriatric care. Thank you to the staff as well! They have been expedient and professional with each of our visits. I have had nothing but great service from Dr. Taylor, she takes all the time I need and is very thorough and compassionate . I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.. I will say that most of the staff are not very friendly, and do not acknowledge you when you walk in the door.. If it was not for Dr. Taylor I would look for another office.

Do not, PLEASE, do not go to this office!!! My family sees 2 different doctors in this office, I think the office is very unorganized, unprofessional, and I don't think they provide good patient care. As a registered nurse, I would never dream of neglecting my patients the way this office and their office staff do. I think the MA's are rude, I think the office manager is rude as well. I have been waiting 5 days for a referral to my neurologist, which is pretty important, and have left voicemail messages for the "office manager" and for the "Medical Assistant" assigned to my doctor, 5 messages later, and have yet to receive a call back!!! Patient care should be the #1 priority, not standing around laughing and giggling while patients are waiting for care.. I think this office is unprofessional.
