Always enjoy my appointments with Dr. Duggan. Have been seeing him since kidney stone surgery several years ago & find him to be pleasant and extremely competent. Staff is pleasant and helpful as well.

Excellent diagnosis and prompt action

I was very pleased with my visit with doctor Dugan. He understands my concerns and helps me return my life to normal. Urology associates has helped me ever tine I have an appointment. All of the people there have been great.

This was an annual visit from my previous kidney stone surgery one year ago. Dr. Duggan was great in determining the need for biopsy based on my PSA score from my latest physical.

I had a pleasant experience even though I didn’t get the results I wanted. Dr.Duggan is very professional and was very caring.

Horrible Attitude. One of the rudest doctors I have ever met.

Dr Duggan was very knowledgeable of my problem and explained causes and solutions.

Dr. Duggan and his staff were extremely nice. I was not looking forward to this visit and it was unknown that scared me. I left feeling cared about and understood. I recommend Dr. Duggan.

Very courteous. Even though I was 20-30 mins. late for my appointment, they still fit me in and didn't act rude or bothered. Staff and Doctor all come in the room, did their job and went on like a normal visit. Good job guys!!

Dr Duggan cares about helping his patients

Our scheduled appt time was 315, we arrived at 3 pm & time confirmed at checkin kiosk Unfortunately for us, clinic error on schedule said 4 pm. This caused the scan to be completed at 5pm, & dr had gone for the day. Very tiring for an ill person.

Dr. Duggan explained the process well and performed the procedure with care.

Dr. Duggan is never rushed and spends time listening and very thorough.

Dr Duggan was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained my care and we agreed on a plan. I would gladly recommend Dr Duggan for urology needs.

Dr Duggan is the best. Takes the time to discuss all your concerns and will call you if there are issues with tests.

Dr. Duggan and staff are always quick, personable, and thorough. I feel as though my care is in good hands when I am with them, and I greatly appreciate them!

Great experience, both Dr. Duggan and his staff were timely in seeing me. They asked the right questions and were very helpful in explaining what they were doing or needed. I left feeling that very confident in how they were going to treat my condition.

I was referred to Dr. Duggan for treatment of kidney stones. He prescribed surgery. When I woke up the surgery had gone badly causing hemorrhage and leaving me with the stones and now the added pain of a stent that did not work and led to two weeks with a catheter. Eventually, he sent me for lithotripsy, which alleviated the problem. The reason I stayed, was due to his prescribing a medication that has solved my stone problem. He wanted to treat my BPH and we found that several medications did not work. I don't respond to many. Finally, we settled on one that I have been taking for a year. His office called to move my December appointment and obliged. Then they refused to fill my BPH medication! That leaves me nothing to treat the pain and discomfort of BPH through the holiday season! I was completely satisfied with DR. Duggan and his staff. Dr. Duggan listened to my comments and and responded to my problems with concern. The staff was great with their work and were very friendly.

Short wait time! Nurses and staff remained professional as well as pleasant. Dr. Duggan remained easy to talk with and answered all questions.

Dr. Duggan Is the most compassionate and considerate Doctor I have ever met

I sat in an exam room for About 30 minutes when all I needed was one tube of blood drawn. I also paid a copay when there was really no need to see a Dr to get the lab work done. The Dr did apologize for the wait but did Not return the cash.

I had to wait over an hour past my appointment, I was not happy. When I got called back, Vic the CAT man made it impossible to be angry. Vic was one of the most caring people I've met. He had been working with an elderly lady and he was super patient with her and gave her the attention she needed. Most offices just rush everyone thru, and I could not be upset after seeing that. Even though we were WAY behind, Doctor Duggan was very kind and took his time with me. Though the news that I received was not good news, he was again was kind and explained my situation the best that he could. I had to wait over an hour past my appointment, I was not happy. Easy to get an appointment. Dr. Duggan was very attentive to my needs and very concerned for my health. I would recommend him highly.

Excellent doctor and staff.

My daughter saw Dr. Duggan for years. In the past year she saw him two or three times a month because of recurring kidney infections. He never found anything wrong. Then she wound up in the hospital with stage 5 kidney failure!!! How could he let it get to that stage and not notice?

Dr. Duggan is good and was appropriately worried about my condition. His office staff, it seems, has no sense of urgency. As a medical professional, one needs to realize that, to the patient, everything has a sense of urgency. Dr. Duggan would do well to counsel his office staff. I would go back for him, but his office staff make me need to be more proactive about my own care. So, to the office staff, when you complain that I am being pushy, ask yourself how you are contributing to that action.
