Very disappointing experience. I understand a practice being busy, but to agree to see a young patient, have her open up and give hope of finally finding someone only to call a couple days later to say they don’t have time after setting her up is really unprofessional and not compassionate. Mr. Ash was able to greatly help me find usable coping skills for my anxiety, however I had to leave his practice due to the fact that whomever was handling his billing at the time was continually submitting incorrect information to my insurance company. EDIT: I saw Mr. Ash in the Shirley office, I do not recall the exact time frame but would have been somewhere between 2013-2015. I brought the billing issue to his attention when it first popped up, but it still persisted, which led to my leaving his practice.
