Dr Bateman and his entire staff are amazing medical professionals and friendly people. Dr Bateman fixed a deformity I’ve lived with for 10 years. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. His whole staff gave me the time and attention I needed to make me feel comfortable, valued and confident throughout the process. If you want kind, caring, professional care, this is the office for you.

Dr. Bateman and his staff are fantastic!! I can’t believe there could be any better plastic surgeon in Denver. I am so glad I picked them for my reconstructive surgery after a double mastectomy and later for my fat replacement surgery. You know the entire staff are there to help you get through the rough times and care about you as a true individual. They want you to have the best possible outcome and they really listen to you. When I visited other plastic surgeons before selecting Dr. Bateman, I definitely felt like just another patient to get in and out of their doors as fast as possible and collect their fees. You will never feel that way here! They really care!

So grateful I had Dr. Bateman and his team for my surgery. He is a pro and the entire staff is kind, informed and responsive. It has been a really wonderful experience in every regard.

Unfortunately the great reviews were not accurate for me. I was a super easy patient, maybe too easy bc he didn’t even show for my second follow up. Nobody let me know he would not be able to make it, and I drove far. His regular nurse, not even the surgical nurse, saw me and I was told via text there was nothing left they could do. I had a double mastectomy and fat graft and it looked horrible. I went on to have two more surgeries w a different doctor who delivered on his promise to make it 80% better. Not a single other surgeon I consulted with leading up to that said there was nothing left to do but to live w the results. If I had seen my second doc in the first place I would have only had 2 surgeries instead of 4. I really wanted to believe in Dr. Bateman, but unfortunately it felt like maybe he had more going on in his life and I caught him at a bad time. Appointments were rushed and the results were not something a cancer patient at 40 years old was willing to settle for.

Dr. Bateman did a fantastic job on my surgery. I couldn't be happier! His staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

Dr Bateman and Jill are so warm and caring and extremely skilled. The staff is great! I highly recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough inspiring & positive things about Dr. Bateman & his staff. They turned a disfigured body into a work of art! I can honestly say, that I have my "womanhood" back & feel like a new person, when I look in the mirror. I cannot wait to start shopping for pretty bras! Thank you, Dr. Bateman!!

Dr. Bateman did my immediate breast reconstruction (same surgery as my mastectomy) and a subsequent fat transfer revision surgery. At every appointment he was thorough, listened attentively and addressed my concerns. I have a small athletic frame and wanted to keep my smaller chest size, and he was able reconstruct my new breasts that fit me exactly how I wished. The results have been phenomenal and better than I imagined. They look completely natural! I was warned of potential complications, but my surgeries went exactly to plan and I had minimal pain afterwards. He and his staff, especially Jill and Val, were supportive and comforting during a rather overwhelming time. I’m so grateful for Dr. Bateman and highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Bateman recently did my post-mastectomy breast reconstruction and if I could give him even more than 5 stars, I would. From my first appointment with him through my current post-op appointments, he has thoroughly explained the surgical and healing processes, walked me through the different scenarios I could expect depending on surgical outcomes, answered all my questions, and even picked up my call in the middle of the night when I was in pain and didn't know how to handle it. Not only did I find his knowledge and expertise invaluable, but he did an amazing job on the actual surgery and was able to do a direct to implant reconstruction and I am so pleased with the results. It should also be noted that Dr. Bateman's entire office staff is so warm and friendly. It was very easy for me to make appointments and I never waited more than a few minutes to be seen by Dr. Bateman or his nurse, Valerie, who is kind and knowledgeable and made sure I had all the information I needed both before and after surgery. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bateman and his staff to anyone and can't thank them enough for helping me navigate this process.

Dr. Bateman and staff were very professional and inviting. My self consciousness was relinquished to the hallway as I walked in. Immediately, from walking into to the lobby, the exam room, and pre-op room, Michael and his staff were nothing more than positive and supportive. Not great trans and non-binary care. While Dr. Bateman offers gender-affirming surgery, Dr. Bateman is not a trans-competent provider. It was a very dysphoric experience in his office and interacting with him. I would warn other gender-expansive folks to go elsewhere, particularly if you are not blessed with a more naturally "passing" body. He perhaps does better with patients who look "trans enough" to be worthy of care. Not great trans and non-binary care. Coming from Texas to Colorado to get my breast augmentation, was one of the best decisions I made. Dr. Batman’s bed side manner is far beyond expectations. He spent 2 hrs for consult with me, going over pros and cons of everything, and another 1 hour pre-op, yet on the surgery day he spent another 20 minutes to go over the whole plan with me. The day after surgery I just took one Celebrex. The discomfort after surgery was absolutely nothing compare to what I was expecting. The result was far beyond my expectations. Also, amazing office staff. They worked well to accommodate me in his tight schedule and I was able to manage my trips from Texas to Colorado to get my surgery done. I had reconstructive breast surgery following a double mastectomy on February 28, 2018. Going into this process I was terrified ( I had lost my 2 best friends to cancers in the past four years). Dr.Bateman and his entire team cheered me on and provided emotional support and exceptional skills throughout the 11 months they worked with me. I plan to move to Oregon in March 2019. I wish I could take them all with me. That's how delighted I am with the care they have all shown. True story! Thank you so much! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bateman and his entire staff!! From my very first appointment Dr. Bateman, Val, Kerry, and his other nurses made me feel SO COMFORTABLE! Dr. Bateman took his time and allowed me to ask the million questions I had. For surgery, he was so realistic about what the end result would be and what he could do. I feel he under promised and OVER delivered! I am so happy with my results thus far and I still have 1 surgery remaining. Please don’t waste your time and go anywhere else!! This review is way late but I hope it is helpful. In June '16 Dr. Bateman removed a recurring skin cancer on my leg just to the right of my shin. He basically gouged it out and treated it as an open wound in order to allow it to heal and grow back. It was a fairly new approach used in the military. He explained the process thoroughly in advance and everything he said would happen including how it would heal did. Excellent communication and connection with me as a patient.

Accomidating & well trained staff. Dr.Bateman thoroughly explained ... Everything ! My daughter is his patient and the results were outstanding. He has talent that you cannot teach in school. Thorough post OP care as well.

Dr Bateman and his staff are absolutely amazing! I've never trusted & felt so comfortable with a group of people taking care of me. They made a difficult decision so easy because I felt supported all the way! And of course he does great work and I'm beyond thrilled with my results!! I can't thank Dr. Bateman enough!

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Bateman! He's unlike any other doctor in that he and his entire staff make you feel welcome, comfortable and confident from the moment you walk in his office, during surgery and for every visit after. I never questioned his advice! His professionalism and knowledge in the industry are over the top and the enhancement results I experienced have changed my life.
