Dr. Bennett has been my eye doctor for over 30 years. He also was my Dad's. I love how patient he is with the elderly. He also will explain things in terms I understand.

The world of CUSTOMER SERVICE these days is just as bad as some of the stories you hear and see on the news all day everyday. Which was pretty much what I received when I called to Dr. Bennett's office and spoke to Jamie, BAD, RUDE customer service is what I received. Which has not been the norm for his office staff. It's not always about what you say but how you say it. And while the doctors may be great and wonderful providers of care, their staff members will definitely keep customers from wanting to do business with that physicians office.
