Rude and Extra Bills. The people at the office were very rude. I'm now getting bills from other companies and labs I did not go to. They would not let me pay when I went in and had issues with them.

AVOID! AVOID! HIDDEN CHARGES, NEW PATIENT FEES, DOUBLE FEES If you have a Dermatological issue, I urge you to seek professional help elsewhere. 1 visit that was less than a half hour has now cost over 460$ on a very simple visit. When I went, they lasered a spot on my face, as well as used a disposable razor to shave a spot off my arm. The Dr. knew exactly what the spot was and said it was a benign Dermatic Fibroma. She said it was nothing to worry about. As I left I tried to pay my bill in full, They would not accept payment for anything except the laser treatment which was 60$. They said I would have to wait several weeks to get the bill. When I did, I received a $111 NEW PATIENT FEE, they did not review any medical records, or have anything transferred over. Additionally the 1 minute biopsy procedure to shave off the Benign Dermatic Fibroma was $160 ($100+ more than a laser treatment). I also additionally was sent a bill from another lab, that I did not go to, for $130, for the biopsy, which they had already told me in office was benign. There was no need for additional testing, and I was not informed or sign off on it either. They were never upfront about the charges and would not discuss any of the fees in person. The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive when I booked the original appointment, wanting to book me almost 5 Months in the future. I said this was unacceptable and coincidentally a spot opened up 3 days later. Dealing with this office has been lie pulling teeth. They were not upfront about all the bills and were very rude and dismissive every time I tried to interact with them. I recently tried to call to take care of the bill, and the Billing receptionist is out of the office for lunch, at 2pm. AVOID AVOID AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Dr Cairns is an excellent physician. I have been going to him since he moved his practice to Findlay. He has correctly diagnosed that skin cancer on my body. These areas were removed. Dr Cairns has often called me after surgery to make sure I was comfortable and healing. His office staff has always treated me kindly. I would never considered a change in care to another doctor.

Dr. Cairns is very patient and shows true concern for your condition. I highly recommend his expertise!!

Would absolutely recommend him to people I know. My first experience with him was him working with my 11 month old son. He did phenomenal and I felt so comfortable as he was explaining everything he was doing. Amazing is how I would describe my experience. The staff was super friendly! Awesome job guys!

Dr. Cairns is very caring. He personally called my husband several times after his office hours to see how how he was doing after surgery. He also researched the best surgeons for him to see. At least two new dermatologists have now joined BVMA so they are accepting new dermatology appointments

He was patient, attentive, and professional. He treated me as he would his own family.
