Sadly, we do not recommend Holzer or OVB to anyone any longer. We have stopped our association with both and encourage all those that we have influence with to do the same. This started when I was denied access to both you and Brent Saunders, when my fragile mother was treated inappropriately by a nurse during her hospitalization last April. I followed your process and filed a complaint just to get a letter deflecting blame on my frail 87 year old mother. We were livid. We could not help but to ponder what might have happened if your mother or Brent's recently deceased mother had been treated the way my mother was treated. It seems you've created a buffer between yourselves and the public via Ryan Finch. Bad policy! I reached out to Steve Chapman and although he listened, he never got back in touch with me as promised. I can tell you that I have friendly associations with some of the stockholders at OVB and some of the doctors at Holzer. Perceptions are not good.
