Dr Casale is wonderful! Patient and understanding.

Dr. Casale offered me the choice between a surgical or non-surgical procedure. He explained the pros and cons of both procedures. I opted for the the non-surgical procedure. Cheaper and less risky. 5 months later, I am back to doing all my normal stuff. Dr. Casale, is competent, experienced and professional. He is also kind, compassionate and caring. He is available in Holly Springs and in Raleigh. I would absolutely recommend him to any prospective patients.

Dr. Casale performed foot surgery on my husband. He is an excellent surgeon, very personable and caring. We would highly recommend him.

Dr. Casale and everyone at Raleigh Orthopedic were great. Checked in 20 minutes early, whisked into exam room, and new X-rays completed before scheduled appointment time. Dr. Casale immediately diagnosed problem correctly, showed me the new X-rays, (old ones from another provider were not useful) and prescribed treatment and expert advice.

Just okay. No one told me the building would be marked with a different name than Raleigh Orthopedics so had to call them and wait on hold when I got there to find out if I was at the right place. Doc was friendly enough but that felt forced and not sincere. He really couldn't do much to help me at all. I think there are things he could have mentioned for me to try or maybe he could have acted like he cared about the pain I have but he really didn't. Tried to develop a report with him but he seemed bored and ready to get me out of there. We will see if orthotics help one of the issues. Their printer was working so I told them to just put the stretches into the patient portal. They have not done that. No notes in the system either.

I had a hammer toe when I went home after my operation my toe hurts real bad it had fever in it I called the office the person called me back and I told her my problem she said the Dr said go too Ergent care he gave me Meds that made me sick I went too the Doctor for my first visit my toe was jumping over my big toe as before he told me to TAPE IT down for 6weeks and come back I did as he suggested but it jumped back over my big toe he suggested another operation too take more of the bone out of my Toe I said no sir my toe now is bigger and blue and ugly I told him I was getting another Doctor too look at my toe cause it has HURT FROM day one that he operated on it !!! Very professional, very quick visit. No 2 hour waits in the waiting room. This was the first visit, so I can't judge yet if issue has been resolved, but everything I was told made sense. Now off to PT and see if we can get back to normal.

As with every Raleigh Ortho physician I have seen through the years, Dr. Casale bolsters the reputation of the practice with his thorough attention, diagnosis, and effective treatment of my orthopedic needs.

Clean Office. check in was easy. Wait time was only 5-10 min. Examination and X-rays went well. Total visit, approx 1 hr.

Dr Casale always takes his time to explain his thoughts about the problem you are experiencing, as well as what would be the best solution. He is always willing to answer any questions you might have.

Dr. Casale is always friendly and answers my questions so that I feel better and can make informed decisions. The other doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists that I've seen after surgery all said that he did a really good job on my tri-malleolar fracture and that it looks like a normal ankle, which is high praise!

Dr. Casale saw my son for a hurt foot. It turns out it was fractured. He spent much time assessing where it hurt and how badly. He then spent a lot of time studying the X-ray to pinpoint the area it was hurting. He was very empathetic and seemed to want to work with us on getting my son back on the soccer field playing in a safe amount of time.

Very pleased with Dr. Casale and the professional staff - prompt - professional - listened carefully and took plenty of time to ensure he understood my issues and could respond appropriately.

Very happy with my experience with Dr. Casale in repairing my broken foot. Thanks!

Dr Casale really listened to my needs. he set up treatment with a Radiologist asap. had to drive back to PA in a short time when the pain hit my ankles. he set everything up smoothly. was able to get treatment and leave for PA as stated. Thank you so much Dr Casale.

He was kind, but definitive about my problem and what needed to help heal it.

Dr. Castle told me exactly what was wrong and how to take care of my injury. He gave me advice on how to speed my recovery and what to expect.

Good experience. I found him trustworthy and thoughtful throughout the entire examination process. Dr. Casale explained things in a manner in which my wife and I could understand. We are thankful that we selected him for a second opinion. Stella and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a foot and ankle specialist.

Dr Casale has very good bedside manners. He took the time to explain the problem with my ankle, and answer all my questions. Very positive attitude and personality. I would most definitely recommend him.

Dr. Casale was very prompt, professional and thorough. However, I saw him at Raleigh Orthopedics in Raleigh NC, not New Orleans, LA.

The nurses were okay but the X ray tech named Marty was very distant and rude. The staff seemed very lackadaisical. My appointment was late but the doctor saw another patient while I waited for him to return. The medical field has lost its compassion, professionalism and Customer Service etiquette.

Dr. Casale called me personally to discuss my mother's condition (I have power of attorney). He kept me informed and up to date on her prognosis and surgery through repeated calls. Very refreshing to have such a caring physician! And, I much appreciate the communication!
