Excellent! Dr Conrad is not only easy to work with, he clearly describes procedures and information. He has updated knowledge of modern dentistry and provides for the newest techniques and best outcomes. The setting is relaxing and pleasant, and his staff is too. I highly recommend!

Excellent experience. New to the area, I didn't have a regular dentist but had a dental emergency. Dr. Conrad's staff worked me in to the schedule. Dr. Conrad treated me as if I'd been a patient for years, he was friendly but spoke the truth in plain language. Dr. Conrad earned my ongoing business as a regular dental patient.

Dr Conrad has been our family dentist for several years now. He is competent, fair, and looks for techniques and fixes that meet the patient’s needs. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The office space is clean and up to date. CDC guidelines and protocols are always followed. All of these combined with his awesome sense of humor make this the practice for us.

It was wonderful he explained everything what I need to know and I'll probably go ahead with in plants this September

This place is great, Dr Nat was so wonderful.I have a terrible fear of the dentist, and almost tried to cancel my appointment the night before because it's that hard to trust anyone with my teeth anymore . I had a cavity I knew about, but also a surprise one. I was in and out in 20 minutes! The staff was so understanding, and caring .

Dentist Down the Lane is the greatest dental office!! The staff are all so friendly and professional. We have been going there for over 15 years and have always been pleased with any service from a check up to a root canal. My wife and I are both patients here and the personal attention and small family run dentistry is such a welcome relief compared to all the hassle we frequently experience with many dentists especially in coming from where we previously went in Staten Island. During covid they are especially on the ball with all guidelines and everyone was helpful calm and pleasant which is also especially admirable and refreshing compared to what we have dealt with in the past. Setting up an appointment was easy and pleasant and it is nice the place isnt overcrowded and cramped. The office is very attractive everyone is nice they dont try to push unnecessary procedures and the hygienist was very good made me feel comfortable and was pleasant to chat with. A great family dental spot thank you all for a wonderful experience!

I have been a patient of Dr Contad since 1997 and have utilized his services for all my dental needs over the years. His technology is top notch and he works with the finest oral surgeons in the Valley to service all of my dental needs in a comfortable, relaxing environment. Today was my first time back to this office in a very long time, because I had great fear and anxiety because of other doctors I had dealt with in my past (and had very bad experiences). The dental asst that had been in the profession over 20 years was very professional, assured me everything was going to to be o.k and made me feel very relaxed. Dr Kyle was also excellent and told me in depth, my alternatives what had to be done to my teeth. I thought I would be spending pretty much because of no insurance and having xrays done, but they worked with me and it was not costly at all. Thank you. The challenge this morning at 7 AM was to prepare a tooth for a crown, make that crown, and put it in place. Dr. Conrad , along with Peggy's assistance, accepted this challenge and successfully completed it. "The Magic of Modern Dentistry" was evident. This process , which in years past, for me had taken several weeks was shortened to a total of 2 hours this morning! Incredible!! And all done with no pain, or reason for concern. Dr. Conrad is truly a magician! He fixed a small gap between my two front teeth that has been bothering me for years! I looked into Invisalign and he suggested this much cheaper alternative. Looks amazing, I couldn’t be happier!

Small fracture in a molar that has a huge filling. Fortunately in this case it was a simple fix. Could have been worse. Explained my options and that the eventual outcome will be a crown but for now I’m good. Overall a very pleasant experience! Been going to Dr Conrad for roughly 35 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
