It's always nice when you come across a doctor that will listen to you and will do all they can to attend to your medical needs. I'm satisfied with the medical services I have received from Dr.Dillard and I highly recommend him if you're looking to see a ENT.

Still going strong! Was the best surgery to ever happen to me- I was so sick 4+ times per year and having them removed has given my life back. Thank you Dr. Dillard & staff because I still haven't forgotten what you've done for me & how great I was treated as a human being & not just another surgical case(these procedures are so common).

I recommend anyone to bring there child here he done amazing job with my daughter

Dr Dillard is a nice guy. It does take awhile to get an appoint with him tho.

I have gone to Dr. Dillard for years, and so does my granddaughter, and be both take allergy shots. When we go into his office we are greeted with respect. They are very professional. Dr. Dillard, and his nurses are very well equipped with knowledge and skill to handle each and every one of my problems and my granddaughter's problems.

Very nice service

This place does not care about you. Waited over an hour and a half for my appointment after arriving 20 minutes early. Then was told that I was next to be called back with the possibility of having to put someone else in front of me. Does good work and friendly

After going 2 times and having a CT done, so a total of 3 days off of work (it's an hour drive for me) he prescribed me some allergy pills and said that's all that would help. If it didn't then there was really nothing he could do as the scan didn't show any problems... Fast forward to now when I'm still having issues, I went to Dr. Sexton in Knoxville and within 10 minutes he showed me on the CT (that they did in office and was not a separate appointment) that I have a Severe deviated septum and surgery will fix almost all of my problems. Dr. Dillard seemed nice enough, but I'm honestly not sure how this was missed. HE HAS ALWAYS TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF MY SONS. THEN I STARTED HAVING ISSUES. HE HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP. AND HIS WHOLESTAFF IS WONDERFUL.

Sooooooo had the apparently usual HORRIFIC experience with Johnson City ENT. Looked around and found Dr. Dillard in Morristown. Wow. And I mean just WOW. The man CARES! He was attentive. He explained everything carefully. Offered options. Read the reviews and believe them. He is a real find! I called for my husband's first visit for hearing loss and they where quick to schedule an appointment for him. I really think we are going to like this hearing establishment

Drs, Nurses & Receptionists are all friendly & very helpful. They always smile & make sure I am checked in a timely manner & the wait is short.

Allergy shots make my life so much better. Hated living life feeling like I had a cold all the time. Allergy shots have improved my day to day immensely. The ladies that give the shots are the sweetest, most caring women.

My son had to go in and see him because he kept getting sick. The wait time wasn’t very long at all. We went in and Dr.Dillard got straight to the point. Which I personally like in a doctor. Later that evening they fit my 4 year old in to remove a foreign object from his ear. My child was scared so instead of making him more scared and possibly busting his ear drum he was scheduled for surgery the next morning. We had to be there at 6am and we were on our way home by 8. Dr.Dillard also removed my 5 year olds tonsils and did an amazing job. He came in after the surgery and explained everything to all of us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT. Very warm, and friendly staff, was very pleased.

Please, for the sake of your mental and physical health do not do business with this crook. It cost me around $800 for absolutely nothing but a handshake and rude encounter. I have hung up the phone shaking after talking to the rude staff on the phone. One of the worst professional experiences of my life. Would not recommend my worst enemy.

Dr. Dillard know what he is doing. He is an excellent doctor,but he has no bedside manner. I do not go to him because if his personality. I see him because he knows what he is doing.

Rush!!!! Rush!!!!! Look in my nose and changed me $100.00 and that was that!!!!!!! I should have went to a Veterinary!

My whole life I have had terrible ear trouble. I know I have hearing loss. I have had many different tests, and been told I had about 25% loss. After seeing Dr. Dillard he informed me that I had great hearing and I was pretty much full of it. He said the fluid in my ears is from my terrible allergies and he suggest I go for allergy testing. Well it's east tn we all have allegies. I get 3 shots a week and if anything I am worse rather than better. Not to mention he made me feel like I was ignorant and didn't know what I was talking about. My whole life I have had terrible ear trouble. I know I have hearing loss. Very good experience. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Dillard. He is thorough, yet fast. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Dillard has performed tonsillectomy on all three of our children. Each time he was on time, professional and gave us options on best treatment and care. He was patient with our children Everytime and consulted with us after the surgery at lakeway. His office returned calls within 4 hours. He did very well with our autistic child. We are glad we decided to with him after researching children's policies. It was worth it for us to find a local ENT instead of Knoxville.

Horrible service. I would never in my life recommend seeing him, he is extremely disrespectful and rude. He walked into the room and didn't even ask what was needed he just started saying what he could do for one certain thing and that's not even why I was here. The receptionist at the Providence Clinc are also rude and disrespectful. Also the nurses at the same clinic are just as bad as he is.???? Never ever will I ever send anyone to him and never will I ever walk back in his office.????.

At this point I haven't even been yet and my experience with the front office and scheduling has been far from ridiculous and the customer service of owning your own mistakes and "fixing" them is far below acceptable. I think to many Dr.s offices forget they are providing a service that we are paying for and that we choose a particular Dr to go to. They don't choose us. With all this said. My apt got canceled and rescheduled without my permission or me saying or talking to anyone. I already had put in for hours off with my work and leave the very next day to fly for Colorado. As many ear problems as I have had the past couple months, no one is their right mind would reschedule and not show up or go to new apt before they were to fly and vacation in high elevations. Especially a Ski trip. So they told me they would "work" me in...on the day I had an Apt scheduled for over a week now. Acted as If it was my problem and I messed up. The only excuse or sorry I got was, laughs in the background when I continued to tell them this is unacceptable and to fix what they messed up and I am not going to be worked in, on my regular scheduled appointment time, that I didn't approve to cancel or change. She finally just agreed with me and said "we will see you tomorrow at 1:15. No sorry, no you're right it was our fault, I apologize, let us do what we can. I let her know if I wasn't flying out the next day, this wouldn't be as huge of a deal, and if I hadn't been dealing with my ears so long not pressurizing and opening up correctly and now having dizziness this mess up wouldn't be so important. Especially going on a SKI trip. I am furious with this front office staff. Will take this far as it needs to go. His exam felt like an interrogation. Very rushed and I felt like he was rushing me and giving a blanket diagnosis

First time with this doctor. I arrived early for my 10:30 appt to fill out paperwork and it wasnt until 11.40 that I was called into the exam room.I liked the doctor fine, he was personable and seemed very professional. Only downside was the long wait to be seen.
