I have been going to Dr Edward's office for about 30 ys. He gave me great advice and I have a beautiful smile. He has the best dental hygienist, Lacy She is always pleasant, and kind. Great job. great job on my teeth.

I am not a patient and most definitely won’t be after the rude encounter I had with the woman who answered the phone. She was very unprofessional. As a woman who is 7 months pregnant, 25 years of age and has experience working in a medical facility as front office coordinator, I must say this woman should not be allowed to answer any calls. she asked “why can’t you just go see a dr in ga.” And “how old are you anyway” as well as being told “ma’am we can’t just drop a filling into your tooth” I am appalled at her lack of professionalism. When I called I explained that a filling had fallen out of my tooth and that their office was recommended to me. I was willing to drive the hour and half it would take to see them if they could help. All I asked for was self pay options as well as to see if they could assist a pregnant woman in their office. Your front office staff is the voice and face of your office. My family uses this dentist and they do a very good job! I recommend them to everyone.

Was very helpful couldn't get to me today but took the time to tell me who could get to me.

My husband and I are happy with Dr Edwards and his staff.

Very professional staff, My teeth cleaning went great. They explained what I needed fixed and took time for any questions I had, Dr. Edwards was very professional and spoke to me so where I could understand my needs!

I like Dr Edwards as the dentist for my child however the office staff is a JOKE.THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY HALFWAY DO THEIR JOB AND BLAME THE PATIENT. I do not recommend.

Dr. Edwards and his entire staff are EXCELLENT. Terri is a wonderful office manager! Ms. Hodges is very efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Edwards is VERY knowledgeable and he stays up-to-date on current dental practices. His knowledge regarding IV sedation is unmatched. He is truly one in a billion. If all dentists were as honest, skilled AND if they UNDERSTOOD and cared about patients' emotional distress regarding dental procedures; MANY people would be able to save their teeth through their elderly years. I TRUST him totally. He also is kind, compassionate, Christ - centered and genuine. It has been my best fortune in life to have found Dr. Edwards and his entire staff.

Found out the hard way that Dr Edwards does not warranty his dentures. When a tooth fell out of my denture about 5 months old (not broken), I am being charged $85 for gluing the tooth. No problems otherwise.

I really like Dr Edwards, and His staff.

Ended up having to get 2 root canals extracted.. 1 had penetrated my sinus cavity, while the other was never sealed properly!

I can't say enough good things , my fear of dentist is gone as long as I can see him , the greatest in my opinion, excellent job on my other wise hopeless smile , I'm almost complete

Excellent Dentist! I've gone to him for years, and he does everything well. He is especially gentle and catches things before there is a bigger problem. Plus, he is one of the most thoughtful people I know. If he does a major surgery, he calls to check on you. Though he is expensive, he is well worth the cost. Teeth are so important. It's best to get on the front end of caring for them. That's what Dr Edwards is all about.

Contacted via an emergency, they took my number. Was told I'd receive a call back. Followed up same day to make sure they had my number right, was told would contact me after they reviewed their schedule. Two full days later, no return phone call, no response whatsoever.
