Doctor Friedman is very well trained in primary care.

He's the best! Nothing else to be said!

I have never had a problem with nobody in the office and I think the world for Dr. Friedman he is a great doctor

Dr. Friedman and I go way back to his days at Eisenhower Medical Center, when he retired, I tracked down. I appreciate all that he has done for me. What can I say, he is a superstar in my book. I always come away from a visit with him feeling good about the medical care he is providing me.

Dr. Friedman is the best!

Doctor Friedman has a great sense of humor and is a great doctor . He is the only doctor I trust with my health issues

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Friedman. He is experienced, patient, caring, and super friendly.

Dr . Micheal S Friedman has been my Physician for the past two years and I’m very impressed on how Dr Friedman makes me feel at ease and comfortable when sharing any health related problems, his bedside manners are unmatched by any physician I’ve had in the past , he comes in the room with a very clam and caring disposition , it’s like having a conversation with a family member whose well versed and up to date on all medical information , way to go , Dr Friedman!

Absolutely the best Dr. I have ever had. I would recommend him if you are beat up like me or have acute issues that are difficult to diagnose. He has the history, knowledge and skill to help you get back on your feet.

Dr. Friedman always takes time to listen to your concerns and then explains test and results. He is by far the very best primary care physician I have ever met.

I have been coming to Dr. Friedman for sometime in years cannot say how many years but it been awhile .He all the time I have see him he will take the time and here what you have to say before he will start doing with me .Plus, he will take the time to explain everything to you and making sure I know what he talking about.When he explain things with you he put it to you where you know what he saying . That like some doctors ,I been to where you telling what going on with you ,he will cut you off . Plus ,When they start talking with you they use the big words that you do not know what they all. I even ask them to put it where I know what they saying . I have had some that give you a look Like Why . Now, I say Dr . Michael S. Friedman a GREAT DOCTOR and GOOD PERSON . We are so pleased to have Dr. Friedman as our primary care physician. He takes time to listen to our needs and problems and has a great personality when he walks in the room. He makes you feel valued and cares about you as a person. We are so blessed to have him in our life. Thank you Dr. Friedman!!

Dr. Friedman is the absolute best! He takes the time to listen to his patients and follows up with them accordingly. If he says he is going to do something, he does. He knows how to put his patients at ease while making them feel better. I trust him fully, not just with my health but more importantly the health of my family as well.

I called this office looking for a primary care doctor and I was transferred twice waited for 30 mins on the phone and someone picked up and hung up on me!!!

One of the most professional and intelligent physician..He is passionate about medicine and truly cares about his parents..

I've known Dr. Friedman for about seven years. He, like Dr. Shevitz, brings and unreal level of intelligence, kindness, etc. that is rare to see in any person, really. He is an extremely hardworking, smart, generally cool doctor.

Dr. Friedman is an outstanding physician. His clinical knowledge is up-to-date on the wide range of conditions seen in family practice. Dr. Friedman's patient skills are well honed with years serving military and family members.

He is very caring and takes time with his patients. He treats you like a person not a number. He and Courtney are quick to return messages and resolve issues. The front desk on the flip side is less personable and sometimes rude . Do use patient portal when you need to reach him.

Dr Friedman is a caring doctor that is willing to work with you till you have relief. He works well with my specialists and advocates for me. He now treats my whole family and we can be complicated, medically.

40 minutes on the phone and no help. Still dont have an appt. Extremely poor service

What a horrible establishment. The front desk receptionist is completely disrespectful and unhelpful. The rules regarding the establishment are not the issue but to impose the rules on a patient that has not been seen is unreasonable. The most disrespectful portion of it was that the receptionist was unwilling to listen or accept that a mistake was made on their part. I do not reccomend this establishment. Everything has changed. No patience at front desk. Rude. Make you wait on purpose. Don't have time for any ones questions with out attitude. This use to be the best office ever. I think it's gotten over used and they are taking in too many so now it's just as bad as base. No time no care. I'm on medication that doctors should be seeing me at least twice a year but no visits unless needed with xanex.... Plus other meds not followed up on so I stopped taking them because if my doctor isn't going to mediate my medications then why are they giving them to me?!!.... I have a lot going on and it's been so bad that I haven't gone in for anything because no ones really trying here. A bunch of cattle is all we are. I am blunt so they probably don't like me much because I'm paying them to take care of me and they forget I'm the boss not the front desk or my doctor. Everything has changed. Our family doctor who we don't know how we went without before we found him. Has the best disposition ever and explains everything so well. If we moved away we would come here to for him.

Dr. Friedman is.a wonderful doctor. Very kind, respectful, actually listens to you. Very knowledgeable but not above admitting that sometimes you don't know everything & then researching to find answers.

Dr. Friedman is an awesome physician. Our Mom is a critical care patient of his & he take great care of her. If I wasn't forced to use Eisenhower AMC on Fort Gordon, I to would use him.

I love Dr. Friedman as my family Doctor! However his front desk help, not so much! The billing office wanted me to pay twice for my co-pay which was paid in cash by me (big mistake)when I initially went in. I was short on money that month and needed to have my upper viral infection cleared and I was desperate so I took $30 cash money out of my safe which was for emergencies only and went in to be seen. My husband drove me to the Doctor and when it came time to pay for my co-pay he came over to me, I pulled out my wallet and grabbed cash and gave it to him to give the receptionist and bam...we were in to see the doc in about 20 min. Never once was my husband given a receipt (he didn't ask and I wasn't completely in the best state of mind to ask for a receipt either) and since I'm the one in the household that takes care of bills, groceries, receipts...and anything to do with money (this being one example as to why!) If I'd have been thinking clearly I would have made the lady at the checkout counter give me a receipt because of the very reason I'm writing this review today...they tried telling me I didn't pay my co -pay two months later! I got the first bill in the mail and immediately contacted the office and emailed Dr. Friedman. He never emailed back but a lady from the billing department did call me and she said Dr. Friedman told her to take care of the bill this once and for future reference ask for a receipt... I gladly accepted and thanked them for doing the right thing but before we hung up the phone the lady suggested that "I could have possibly been seen without paying my co-pay" to which my response was "well dang next time I won't wait a week longer and just request to be seen even if financially I'm strapped that week! I didn't even realize Doctors would do that these days"...she had no reply and I simply said thank you and we hung the phone up. The next month got another bill...called the billing office again and explained the situation to another lady and she said she would look into it but never did call me back, even though she said she would. Now, today I just received my third bill and first threat letter to pay the bill. ????I just don't think it's right to punish the patient when clearly I wasn't trying to get out of paying what I owed and I'm not happy about being threatened to pay for something I literally Already paid for!!!!! Ugh. All that to say DO NOT PAY CASH UNLESS YOU GET A RECEIPT ! OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BELIVE YOU AND MAKE YOU PAY TWICE!! Hope this review helps someone from making the same error we did! one of the best doctors we’ve ever had. Very smart as well as caring. So glad we found him.

Dr. Friedman is an outstanding primary care physician. Extremely experienced and knowledgeable on a wide variety of healthcare issues. He is caring, patient, and enthusiastic about taking care of people. His laid back demeanor only enhances his professionalism. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Friedman is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. He listens and is caring about any question or concern I have. I would easily recommend him to anyone.

As long as I live here, I will never go to another doctor. Dr. Friedman is so kind, and he actually took the time listen to all my concerns. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients! I am so thankful for Dr. Friedman!

Dr. Friedman is the best doctor I have ever seen. He listens very well, is always so nice and always makes me laugh even when I am feeling terrible. He genuinely cares for his patients and their comfort. I recommend him to everyone!!

Dr. Friedman is a very professional, awesome Physician. He will take good care of you. He's staff...not so much, forget to schedule my referral and then lie about it. Told me the hospital is waiting for my call to schedule surgery, when I called, the surgery staff had never even heard of me. If you leave a message for Dr. Friedman or his nurse to call you, 9 times out of 10 you'll never hear from them. Good "HELP " is hard to find!!!

I have never felt so comfortable at a doctor's office. Dr. Freidman was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and he actually *listened* to me. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients! I am so grateful to have been referred to him.

Best Dr Ever

Dr. Friedman is very perfessional, kind and caring. He truly is very thorough with providing care to his patients. He listens before jumping to diagnose. His personality is so pleasant and he has a great sense of humor which makes your visit so much more calm and easy to get through. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Whenever I come for a visit no matter how bad I feel he instantly makes me feel as though I'm going to be just fine... 100% of the time I am. ?? Thank you Dr. Friedman!

Excellent! Former military so he's familiar with more than most other doctors. Very relaxing manner, not a drug pusher but works with pt toward wellness.
