Worth the wait. He's the best!

I got into see the doctor right on time. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. My visit went very well.

Great experience with the entire process for my arthroscopic knee surgery. Dr Gannon explained everything clearly including the pros and cons as well managing my expectations. I am healing nicely and on my way back to my active life once fully healed.

I highly recommend Dr. Gannon he is extremely knowledgeable and he’s very thorough in explaining your situation. He has taken the extra time to reach out and explain my situation and help with any doctor’s notes needed for returning back to work.

We have seen Dr. Gannon a few times as my husband has an uncommon condition with his knee. Dr. Gannon took the time to listen to our concerns, answered our questions and genuinely cared! His staff is also amazing and caring so they reflect his attitude which is an all around wonderful experience.

Dr. Gannon is thoughtful and kind - he took extra time to honestly explain the options available and share all potential pathways I could take. I felt informed and confident making a decision and appreciated that he asked me questions instead of making assumptions about what I did or did not know.

I received a prompt appointment. Dr. Gannon reviewed my complex symptoms, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The treatment was prompt and a great course of treatment was proposed that covered my immediate and long term care. Great personal treatment which seems to be getting rare these days. Thank you.

Have seen Dr Gannon for many years. When it was time for my knee replacement surgeries he did one and then the other. He gave me completely real expectations and explained everything in such clear detail. I have had a wonderful recovery. I can’t think of how he could have been kinder and better as my doctor.

My appointments and surgery went very well with Dr Gannon. He answered all my questions and I felt I was in good hands or I would not have gone ahead with surgery. Yes Dr Gannon does run late with appointments at times, maybe because he spends extra time with patients when needed but I wanted the 5* rating and great reviews above all else., both my knees have turned out well !

Dr Gannon is consistently thorough in communicating the issues and details of upcoming surgery. He has a very friendly, approachable manner, sense of humor and gives one total confidence in his skills as a surgeon. His assistant, Diane. is also excellent in her duties.

Astounding skill and an awesome bedside manner. Had a right knee replacement in March and going for the left knee in July. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr Gannon is excellent. He spends time discussing treatment options and answers all questions. Options include various treatments available before any surgery is planned. I welcome his approach to the serious matter of surgery.

Dr. Gannon is a very kind, patient, and thorough Orthopedic Surgeon. I have seen him for both knee and shoulder issues, and have appreciated his wealth of knowledge, expertise, and many years of experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon - definitely one of the best!

I needed to know that my knee 5yrs post op was still in good shape in spite of occasional swelling. Dr Gannon did an exam and explained the X-rays and probable causes for symptoms that might arise in the future. The entire staff is polite and professional, while still under pandemic protocols.

The guy thinks I came in for a total knee surgery. I do not need a new knee.. I have terrible pain in my knee. There is a tear in my knee. He offered no help for it and denied my pain as I didn't explain it well enough. I know he is suppose to be a great doctor but he is becoming disenchanted with his job.

Dr Gannon is awesome. I felt confident the entire time I have been working with him. He is very clear and concise with instructions as well as explaining what he does and why he does it. He never has problems with questions that I ask, or repeating instructions to make sure I fully understand them. His process of pre-covery is one of the best things I've ever done, it made my surgery so much easier and healing afterwards significantly quicker. This was an evaluation for knee replacement. He was prompt and explained the process and needed information.

Excellent visit. Answered my questions quickly and precisely. Only bad thing was I was able to see him only after one hour forty minutes after my appointment time. But I am sure he had good reason for being late knowing him.

I went there in January. I was referred from my primary doctor for a hip replacement. It’s April. I have seen Dr Gannon twice. He decided he wasn’t going to do the surgery and referred me to a hospital in Seattle. Four months of waiting; constant pain, no progress. The staff seems overwhelmed and were unhelpful. I chose Dr Gannon as my physician because I heard excellent recommendations from friends in the community. He is professional, personable and clearly and thoroughly explained my knee problems and options for treatment, but left the final decision up to me. He is also a kind man.

I went to Dr. Gannon due to hip/knee issues I’ve had for 4 months. I was brushed off to a PT when my X-ray showed no clear issues, to him. I told him I want a knee X-ray, so I had that done, but not heard back on those results, already 2 days.

Very friendly and professional staff. The surgeon Michael Gannon is who helped me with my dislocated shoulder. He took time to tell me what he was seeing on the X-rays. He lined me out on simple exercises until physical therapy starts. Thanks

Dr. Gannon is very thorough and cautious about if and when he is going to operate. I appreciate that.

Dr. Gannon ordered X-rays and a MRI which revealed a complex tear of the posterior root of the lateral meniscus and 5mm loose body adjacent to the anterior crucial ligament insertion. He explained the X-ray and MRI to me. After 2 months the swelling finally significantly reduced and he recommended PT which has been very helpful. I have been very aggressive in my PT, now walking 2-4 miles a day and doing the Taylor Street steps. My pain currently is minimal and I’m avoiding knee rotation and deep squats, hence no surgery is indicated at this time. The checkin app worked well and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I’m thankful to Dr Gannon’s quick testing and diagnosis to get me walking pain free.

Appreciate the care & concern to detail!

Dr Gannon is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and is more than happy to explain and questions. He is far above most doctors in this area.

First visit for me been seeing dr Thorpe last 25 yrs. Dr Gannon was most enjoyable & very informative- took extra time to explain my concerns enough that I felt secure in my existing hip joint pain from over stressing. I was pleased with his nurse assistant also- she had same great demeanor as retired Barb that was with Dr Thorpe so many years.
