NEVER GO HERE, EVER. Terrible dentist, i wish i could give them 0 stars. This dentist kept numbing me up on the WRONG side and doing all the work on the other side! And sometimes they NEVER numbed me up! They never listened to me and treated me like i didnt know anything! I had a friend who went here and they even PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH! If you want to be traumatized and treated like a kid this is the place to go. But if you actually want your teeth fixed DONT GO HERE, THEYLL BREAK THEM INSTEAD OF FIX THEM And the make YOU pay THEM a bunch of Money to fix them again!!! NEVER GO HERE, EVER. I love the fact that the dentist listens and give tips on how to improve my son’s dental health. And we don’t feel that we are rushed every time we come for a visit. We are definitely coming back.

We absolutely love Dr. Swanson's office. My son started going there when he was the 10 months old. The staff are amazing and you couldn't ask for a better pediatric dentist! I highly recommend his office.

I found Dr. Swanson and his staff to be professional, helpful, and competent. Each room is very child friendly. TV's are available with choice of movie for the child. My child enjoyed the visit.

Everyone there is fantastic with my 2 boys! They are always very informative and patient. Love this place!

As much as i hate going to the dentist they’re really nice and never tell me that my gums are bleeding because i don’t floss.

My 6 year old girl got her first cavity a few weeks ago, I was so confused how this could happen and wondered what to do... I called Dr Swanson’s office 5 minutes after I detected the cavity (we have been with Dr Swanson since she was 3). The staff was friendly and very helpful. Explained to me the possible causes over the phone and scheduled us for a check up. During the dental check up, Dr Swanson laid out all the possible treatment plans, pros and cons of each treatment . He helped me decided what is best treatment for my daughter. I Can’t thank him and his staff more. Highly recommended! My son has always been a challenge to work with but Dr. Swanson and his team are so patient and kind with him. There have been several obstinate appointments but they have always been able to help him turn his attitude around. They will give me tips on how to encourage his home care. Along with excellent people skills, they also work with me when it comes to my bill. They have always let me pay what I can when I can. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Dr. Swanson and his whole team are simply the most patient, positive and skilled at what they do. My oldest has been going to Swanson for 8 years. She has autism and they have always been kind and completely accommodating. When we lived 12 hours north on Vancouver Island we still continued to travel south to go to the dentist. I have found since I communicate everything and have been completely honest about our situation the team there are more then willing to meet us where we are at. My daughter has some anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Swanson and his staff are incredible with her!! She has been a patient for 8 years and he overcome many anxieties along the way. They work hard to keep her calm and our visit is always positive. I frequently recommend this office to others.

We would definitely recommend Dr. Swanson to other families. He and his staff have made taking small kids to the dentist really easy and comfortable. Our kids even look forward to going!

First they wanted to put metal in my then two years old's mouth even with her history of allergies. I had to sign a waiver because I went against this ridiculous recommendation. Then I called and left a message (extremely sick) to reschedule an appointment. I had to leave a message because of their lax hours of operation. They couldn't understand my message (because I was sick) and later ackknowdged that they indeed received a message they couldn't understand and they still charged me an OUTRAGEOUS no show fee. Horrible horrible customer service, obviously don't care about a child's sensitive system, and care only about money. We will never return. Stay away. We took our 5 year old there to have a tooth looked at after a fall. I never met the Dr. which should have been our first clue that this is a shady place. After pulling both front teeth and 2k in crowns on one side, he still wanted to do the other side. The dentist is great and the office staff is nice. I could do without all of the Reagan-worshipping posters and the bizarre Christian music that's piped in and too loud in the waiting room, though. It's stressful enough waiting for your kid to come back from an appointment without listening to Christian rock at high volumes. However, the dentist does good work and my kids like him, so we keep going back. The dentist is great and the office staff is nice. Dr. Swanson and his entire staff have been nothing but professional and helpful for the last ten years that my children have been patients. My daughter suffers from pretty serious anxiety, and everyone in the office has dealt with her kindly and with patience. She's getting more confident as the years pass by and their kind treatment has been key for her in her reduction of anxiety of the dentist office! For anybody with a bad review, that's disappointing to hear that they had a bad experience. Perhaps the negative review comes from an isolated incident, which is understandable. Just know that if your children become patients, you will all love the tv, sunglasses, headphones, play area, flexible hours, wi-fi, and warm smiles from all the staff. I love seeing the 'kids' who are taller than their parents duck their way through the door, knowing that they are far from 'pediatric' but still love to visit the office for their treatments. I took my daughter to Dr. Swanson and she LOVED it, especially the flat screen TV she got to watch while getting her teeth checked! His staff is super friendly and very helpful, especially when it came to working with my insurance. Dr. Swanson gave me several options for her cavities and was accommodating with my schedule & finances, overall a great experience. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for Pediatric office for your kids.
