I came to my appointment 20 minutes early as recommended and ended up waiting an hour and a half to be seen. When I asked the receptionist what number in line I was, she said I was next before they called back someone with no appointment for a drug test after only waiting for a short time. I finally was called back to overhear the nurse telling other staff about gagging me during a strep test and a “I think we’re going to call it this” diagnosis. The whole ordeal took 3 hours and I ended up leaving feeling worse than when I got there. Update: they sent my prescription to the wrong place after verifying it with me.

Get a birthday cake before you visit this place. You will be a year older by the time they see you.

The front desk person is moody when checking in patients. The nurse practitioner just wants to send you home as quickly as possible. Had to wait 1.5 hours after the pre booked appointment time in the lobby and 1 more hour in the patient’s room. Bad place to be when you need professional medical care.

I have had pink eye for about a week, and I had a really unfortunate experience at another clinic in Lawrence where they did not even give me a diagnosis or any sort of treatment. They just looked at my eye, said it "didn't look" contagious, and sent me out. When I came here, they actually asked me questions about my symptoms and listened to my concerns. They even gave me a whole pamphlet about the condition and prescribed me antibiotics because it hadn't been clearing up on its own.

Go to a real doctor's office.

This place sucks. Every time I’ve been here - the wait has been over an hour. Doesn’t matter if you made an appointment ahead of time or not. They don’t see people in order, the front desk constantly “whispers” about all their patients, they are super rude, unprofessional, and have no sense of urgency. Best bet would be any other place but here. Unless you like listening to gossiping women avoid doing their job for over an hour, go somewhere else. Oh and they basically harass the hard of hearing with attitude for having to repeat themselves. Clinics are supposed to be welcoming. This one screams laziness.

If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely terrible since Covid hit 3 years ago and has not recovered per their outdated policies. I will never understand why people who are afraid to be around sick people are in healthcare. I work in healthcare. Promptcare is distancing themselves as far as they can away from their patients and for healthcare it is incredibly sad. Also making patients wait in the car is ridiculous and making anyone who isn't tech savvy do their sign is process is dumb. If I didn't need a last minute place to go I would never come here. In fact, I'm going to start looking elsewhere right now. Also if they are going this route they might as well let you schedule your appointments.

Immediately upon walking in the door the lady at the front desk had an attitude. Online said they welcome walk in seven days a week. I can completely understand not having the availability for a walk in, the way she speaks to people does not have to be nasty. I understand individuals have a bad day, but working in this position you are going to encounter people who are sick and in pain. If you do not have compassion for others I don’t understand why you would work in the health field.

Worst place to go went there for my husband to do a drug test for a job had to wait over two hours while others would come in after him and leave before him he even had to ask him they forgot about him

What urgent care is only open for 5 hours on weekends? When that's the busiest time since doctors are closed. They say "walk-in" but it's not actually walk in. You have to make a appointment and good luck getting one the same day. Literally is useless as a urgent care center.

I went there earlier today because it was the closest place to me. I was having trouble breathing due to what the next urgent care facility I visited diagnosed as bronchitis. I walked in and expressed my concern, I told the front desk representative that I was having a very hard time breathing and that I was scared. She proceeded to tell me that she only cared about me filling out paper work and sent me to my car where after the long process of doing all the paper work I found out that my wait time was going to be FOUR HOURS. When someone walks in and says that they can’t breathe you’re supposed to take that seriously. A number of things could’ve happened to me sitting in my car endlessly waiting and it would’ve been their fault. I’m reading that this is a common occurrence here at this place. Do not go here, this place is awful and doesn’t care about patients

Their website states they take walk ins but they refused us today.

Scheduled online for 936 and waited in my car til 1105. Still didn't get seen.....

They sent my daughter home with a broken arm because they only X-rayd her wrist instead of her whole arm. She had to live with a broken arm for 4 days until I was able to get her into a competent medical clinic.

This should be " maybe we will get to you care" you are forced to make any appointment. Then when you do, your lucky if you get in within the hour of said appointment. I am super sick. I didn't drive because I am dizzy. They forced me to sit out on the cold. We all are wearing masks. We all know how to socially distance. Nothing like truely caring for your patients!

This is long overdue from me. I've been going here for years now and they've always been really helpful and attentive. I was a frequent flyer for a couple years since my kids were really young, went to daycare and brought germs home all the time. I haven't gone there as much the last couple years since we don't get sick as often, but each time I do, they still remember me and are just as caring. Huge shout out to Dr. Elo who helped me today and many other times over the last seven years

Caring doctors and very knowledgeable. The office always follows up the next day. I wished Dr Geist could be our primary dr.

Very poor experience. Staff was slow and seemed distracted. I have had blood drawn many times in the past and this was the first time I bruised--very badly, I might add. Would not recommend.

Quickly seen by a very nice and intelligent Dr. Great Service. This is the first review I've ever left. That's what an impression this place left on me. Definitely Recommended.
