Dr. Michael Dow Gilmore

I’ve had the opportunity to visit the Crestview and Pensacola Fl offices. The staff is very friendly and very eager to assist. I had an ACL Repair about Four weeks ago and had the privilege of meeting each staff member in some type of capacity. I love the way Dr. Gilmore is very personable with the patient he doesn’t sugar coat the situation he tells it straight and he treats you like he would want to be treated. I got hurt at work so I have to go through workers comp. The workers comp Rep in Dr. Gilmore’s Panama City office has handled my workers comp issues. Her name is Debbie. Debbie has made sure that I’ve received all the necessary paperwork and equipment for my progress with workers comp. Amanda has taken such good care of my incisions and been so gentle with me in the office and on the phone after hours. Nikki and Farrah were such great assistants to help assist with the wheel chair from getting out of the car to rolling me to the waiting room. Monique greeted me very friendly at the front desk. Thank God for Eric in Panama City. He was the on call person that took the call and instructed me what to do. Thanks to Crystal for issuing the correct meds to help with the pain!!! Without the physical therapy I wouldn’t be where I am today, thanks Lindsey and Glen!!! Thanks Sonia for being the glue to hold it all together with that beautiful smile and terrific personality at the front desk because you’re the first person we see.

Professional, Compassionate, Knowledgeable Team!

Professional and courteous staff. Explains treatment, expectations and recovery goals thoroughly. Good care .

They steal money from you say you still owe them when you have actually overpaid them. Still have problems because I would not return and pay more when I overpaid. Waited 12hrs to get surgery and had to be there at 6am and went straight to the back to wait till 8pm for surgery. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr Gilmore is awesome very attentive and professional

You couldn’t ask for better care!! He will answer your every question and I also do my therapy in his office and he will always talk to you and the staff and care is above and beyond!!

Dr. Gilmore is always nice and informative about my visits. The office is clean as well is the restroom, the staff is professional and informative also. They all are great.

Great doctor! He immediately had a suspicion on what my issue was and was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong. They quickly got me set up with prescriptions and therapy. Highly recommend

Was able to secure and schedule an appointment quickly. Efficient, friendly check-in. Listened attentively. Quick examination and diagnosis. Formulated and began executing a plan. In and out quickly. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Everyone in the office is amazing kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gilmore listens and does all he can to help.

Dr.Gilmore and his assistant are fantastic I am so happy I am seeking treatment with them. His assistant is so bubbly and so informational. Also, is so in depth with explaining it’s nice to experience because it isn’t common nowadays. This was my husband's and my first time here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Gilmore listens and provides a next step plan. It is good to know what comes next as it’s been years with pain and limited mobility. Looking forward to our next appointments.

The staff was professional and delightful. The doctor was quick accurate and to the point. I got my meds before I left and was out the door quick. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have seen Dr. Gilmore several times now and he has been super knowledgeable about my condition. He has a sweet and friendly staff. And I've never had to wait more than 5 mins from signing in to be seen, no just by nurses but by the Dr himself.

Very kind and they guided me through everything very well. Very helpful and gave me options as well for other ways to assist me.

I suffered a car accident in October 2021. Dr. Gilmore diagnosed my problem and prescribed multiple treatment therapies. He discussed my options and patiently addressed my every concern.

Very friendly and courteous. Attentive and professional

Dr. Gilmore is very thorough and makes sure that you understand exactly what is happening. His entire staff, from the front desk to nurses are friendly, courteous, and knowledgable.

The appointment began by being greeted by the friendly front desk staff. From there, an expeditious check-in and short wait in the lobby. That was followed by an equally short wait in the exam room. Dr. Gilmore and his nursing staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and engaged. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and efficacy of Panhandle Orthopaedic.

Very impressed with the Dr and his staff, they are very professional. Will recommend Dr Gilmore to family and friends.

Always on time, explains everything that I need to know, always listens to what I have to say and offers suggestions when I need help.

The staff is very attentive and caring. Dr. Gilmore recommended physical therapy to help alleviate my pain. I was hesitant but Alyssa explained that their therapist does everything to make me pain free in a way that is comfortable for me.

I saw Dr. Gilmore at my appointment time. Plus, he acted as if I was the only patient he had. The best part is he was able to diagnose what was causing my problems instead of just saying it was arthritis and my age (64). He ordered further diagnostic tests to confirm his suspicions. He is optimistic that he can create a treatment plan to improve my quality of life. His entire staff is very nice. His assistant Amanda is super compassionate, too. I'm still suffering this evening, but, I feel better mentally knowing that I am under his care.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gilmore and his entire staff! They are very personable and professional. Dr. Gilmore listens to his patients. In my case, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me regain strength and mobility of my shoulder injury, without surgery. I love that he has alternatives to opioids that actually work to ease pain. Never a long wait, beautiful waiting area that is always spotless, and they follow all Covid-19 safety precautions. I will always go to Dr. Gilmore for all my orthopedic care.

Professional and polite staff, inviting and hygienic office, compassionate and knowledgeable surgeon. Although I wish we were meeting under different circumstances, I feel safe knowing I’m being treated by Dr. Gilmore.

Dr. Gilmore explains everything throughly and answers all questions. His primary concern was my health and wellbeing.

Dr. is very intelligent and is very knowledgeable regarding my broken elbow. He is very kind and remembers little details about his patients, I felt like he listened to all of my concerns and needs.
