I received a recommendation for Dr. Guerra from a couple of friends. My appointments have always been on time. Nurses and Dr. Guerra were friendly and efficient.

Really unfriendly staff. The nurse was pretty rude. "Sir, I just want you to say "Yes or No"", don't explain yourself and waste my precious time. Plus. really, they ONLY care about being able to collect their fee .. Never again

Very friendly staff dr Guerra was very good at explaining my condition with my eye. And also Angela is one of the best nurses there at the office very friendly and understanding

He has cataract surgery on both of my eyes and on both of my husband’s eyes. He also did surgery on one of my mother’s eyes after she had a terrible experience with another doctor. We have had zero problems. We also go to him for our yearly exams. His staff is friendly and efficient. We have gone to him for at least 25 years and have been very happy,

Poor service. The Nurse in charge of the visit was really unfriendly,. Mr. Guerra was in the office for a whole 60 seconds, ready to talk about Cataract Surgery that, one day, may be needed .. before he left. Total waste of time!

Dr. Guerra was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. I listened to him and how he dealt with his patients and I was very impressed on how consistent he was. His assistant was very nice. She informed him Dr. Guerra on my condition and they worked well together. I would highly recommend him and he will be my first choice in the future. They are definitely not the friendliest office, the staff is rude…. especially his assistant Angela. I think she was an auctioneer at one point because she explains things so fast that you cannot understand and she doesn’t care!! She is very rude and intimidating to elderly people, the most unprofessional office I have ever been in, I would recommend some customer service training for the staff!
