Mr. Michael Stephen Haynes

I had brought one of my clients to their appointment at this place, the receptionist was very rude to my client because he was having a hard time wearing a mask because he has respiratory problems and is on oxygen. As we were trying to fill out his paperwork she was very impatient with us and told us she would do it her self. More patients had come in and she told us to do it ourselves after taking the paper. She was very unprofessional with no sympathy for people that need a little more help than others. The doctor himself was great but the receptionist was very unwelcoming. Very friendly staff and Dr. Haynes makes you feel comfortable.

Very courteous and smpathetic to your needs. Has a great knowledge of his profession and is very complte in his examinations

Very professional and asks questions and answers mine. Polite office workers. Never a problem making an appt.
