We love this place first few appointments may take a little longer just to get your plan set up and see which areas to work on, but after that making appointments moves pretty fast which is great for work and school schedules my whole family uses Dr Kelly. Feeling so much better

I’m not sure if this office even deserves a 1 star. Dr. Kelly himself is great but his office staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing or how to handle patients or insurance. They get you in quickly and then scam you for your money after not doing the backend work they assured was complete with insurance. I went into the office ready for an adjustment and then was told before my appointment that my insurance was not going to cover it and I would have to pay for all previous services. Why not call me before wasting my time? Beats me. I was asked if I wanted to continue with services and I said no. I received a bill in the mail the following week for nearly double what they wanted me to pay in the office before my last scheduled visit. Long story short I was trying to go through things with my insurance to get it resolved. I called asking if they could wait until resolved and this lady had the audacity to shorten my due date from 30 days to 10 when I told her she didn’t seem to really care. Point blank THEY DON’T CARE about their patients. Oh, did I mention I was hung up on? Don’t go here. I’m not sure if this office even deserves a 1 star.
